摘 要
恩智浦吉林公司信息系统集成研究
恩智浦吉林公司是国内东北地区一家中小型合资制造企业，由于缺乏信息
化建设总体规划，企业内逐步建设的诸多的信息系统，如企业资源计划、车间
作业管理、办公自动化系统间无法互通互联，信息无法得到有效流转和共享，
给企业管理者带来了诸如基层业务执行效率低下，部门间无法协同工作和难以
及时获得综合决策信息等一系列管理问题，降低了企业的整体效率和竞争力。

本文通过对恩智浦吉林公司的信息系统现状的分析认为，正是由于系统繁
多和集成度低导致的信息孤岛和流程断点现象与企业发展形成矛盾，结合对企
业发展战略和运营模式的研究，认为信息系统集成是解决企业当前问题的最佳
方案。通过信息系统集成方法与技术的综合应用，从数据集成、应用集成和业
务集成三个层次分析了信息系统改造的需求，并以此设计了通过集成系统界面、
整合系统功能、连接异构系统等方式来实现企业内不同部门间的信息自动传递，
并带动组织机构和业务流程的变革，同时建设以集成化数据平台上的数据分析
系统为管理者提供综合决策信息。

本文认为设计和实施信息系统集成方案，可以联系和贯穿整个企业的异构
系统、孤立应用和零散分布的数据源，通过集成整合实现信息系统的科学规范
管理，以统一顺畅的整体提供企业信息服务，实现信息的有效传递和充分共享，
从而改善企业内的通信、协调和合作，提高企业整体效率。此研究相信对国内
规模相当的制造企业在实践应用中具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
The Research on Information System
Integration of NXP Jilin Company
NXP Jilin company is a middle-small joint venture manufacturing factory based
in northeast of China,because of lacking information construction overall planning,
various information systems in this company, such as enterprise resources planning
system, workshop management system, and office automation system which were
gradually introduced can not interconnect and Interworking with each other, causing
the information within systems can not be communicated and shared effectively.This
situation brings the execution efficiency issues, collaborative working issues and
timely issues of obtaining integrated decision-making information to the management,
which reduces the overall efficiency and competitiveness of company.
Through the analysis of current situation of NXP Jilin's information systems, it
believes in this article that the large variety and low integration of the system
resulting in isolation of information and processes,which has negative impaction on
the development of the company. Combined with the research on enterprise
development strategy and operation mode, it believes that system integration is the
best solution to resolve the current problems. Through adopting the integrated theory
and technology of information applications, it analysed the requirement of
information system improvement from integrated data, and integrated application and
integrated business process three levels, and designed solution scheme by developing
and setting up integrated system interfaces, compositive system functionality and
isolated systems’ connections, to achieve the automatical data transmission between
different applications and departments, and to lead the reconsideration and
improvement of organization and business process, also to provide managers
integrated decision-making information through the data analysis system constructed
on the integrated data sharing platforms.III
It believes in this article that implementation of information system integration
can lead the conjunction between isolated and scattered data sources, applications and
systems, to achieve effective delivery and full sharing of information, which can
scientific and standardize enterprise management and provide uniform and smooth
information services, so as to improve the communication, coordination and
collaboration across the company, to improve overall company efficiency. It believes
that this study has a certain practical significance to similar size of domestic
manufacturing enterprise.
