本文通过分析、设计针对性较强的问卷调查对农电员工进行专访、座谈等
方式,较为深入地研究PC供电公司农电员工薪酬考核现状,找出PC供电公司
农电员工原有薪酬体系中存在的问题及其原因,并运用调查研究与农电工工资
实例分析相结合的方法,提出pc供电公司农电员工薪酬体系的改进原则和再

Abstract : along with the country the construction of the new socialist

significant guarantee, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of net employees, must
design the scientific and reasonable NongDianGong salary system.
This article through the analysis and design better direction questionnaire

company employee compensation current situation assessment achievements, and
find out the PC power supply company employees compensation system of net
original the problems and their causes, and use the example analysis and
