摘要
本文立足于企业文化的理论研究与企业文化的实践,从企业
文化的定义、企业文化的作用和企业文化的实施三个方面,论述企业
文化在企业中对基于传统经济学基础上的企业管理的修正和补偿,试
图探索完善社会主义市场经济体制下企业管理的方式和方法,通过企
业文化建设,降低企业交易成本,提高企业生产效率,并通过对人的
思想观念的影响,改变人与人之间的纯交易关系,建立相互信任,相
互帮助的团队文化,促进社会主义和谐社会建设。同时,通过聚焦河
北移动创新文化,基于SWOT分析方法对河北移动创新文化进行了研
究,分析了河北移动创新文化的外部环境和内部条件,结合企业文化
实施的原则,提出了创新文化制度匹配、创新文化传播及创新文化氛
围营造策略。

ABSTRACT
Based on the enterprise culture theory research and the practice of
