济发展的要求相比还存着不足。因此,推进园区科技服务体系建设,不断增强
园区科技创新能力,从根本上提高园区竞争力,已成为促进江西经济发展的关键
和重要内容。为此,要在充分发挥市场资源基础配置作用的同时,整合工业园
区现有科技创新体系中的各个要素,并通过其协同运作而产生最大的创新绩效。

本文把科技服务体系的建设作为研究的重点,依托江西科技服务体系建设的现
状以及已取得的成绩,从模式创新、保障机制以及评价方法等方面完善科技服
务体系,从而使其能更好为江西工业园区服务。

Abstract

over one hundred years. Which has been has proved, a national science and
technology service industry is more developed, more perfect service system of
science and technology, the scientific and technological strength and economic
strength will be more powerful. The construction and perfection of the science and
technology service system provides the support for economic rapid development of
Jiangxi Industrial Parks.
The development of the science and technology service system in Jiangxi
Province has achieved remarkable results, meanwhile,we should also notice that the
it with the requirements of local economic development also exists a series of
problems. Therefore, to promote the park service system, to continuously enhance the
park technological innovation, and to fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of
the park have become a critical and important content of promoting economic
development in Jiangxi. In order to achieve this,with giving full play to the basic role
in allocating market resources, it integrates the various elements of the existing
scientific and technological innovation system of the industrial park, and through its
co-operation, the largest innovation performance produces. Technology service
system construction as the emphasis of the research,relying on the Jiangxi science
and technology service system construction present situation and achievements,
which improve the service system of science and technology from the mode
