为何要进行评估Reason for measurement
材料供应率衡量采购和计划流程的绩效,无论材料是否能支持生产计划。它为工厂与供
应商之间提供更为紧密的合作机会以保证好的原材料支持生产计划。

Material Availability measures the performance of purchasing and planning process
whether the materials are available to support production schedule plan. It provides
the opportunity for factory to work closely with suppliers to ensure OTD of good raw
materials to support plan

衡量指标定义
Measurement definitions
材料供应率是指能按计划供应材料的合格批次与计划总批次的比率
(注:因材料供应不及时造成工厂未准时完成生产计划,则定为材料供应不合格批)
Material Available is the qualified material batches that can be supplied Per Production Plan Vs. Total batches per plan.(Note: Material supply not on time causing factories unable to complete manufacturing plan on time , we define it as unqualified material supply batches)

材料供应率 Material availability Per Plan =
总批次 Totalbatches
合格批次:按生产计划每批产品所需的材料,完全达到所需为1次合格批,否则为不合格。

Qualified batches: Fully fulfill the material requirement of each batch of products according to the production plan; we define as 1 qualified batch. Or it is unqualified.
总批次:合格批次及不合格批次次数总和。

Total batches: Summation of qualified batches and unqualified batches

每月第5个工作日将收集的数据汇总并将结果报给CFT的衡量专员;月成果将在下月第一个CFT会议上回顾
Consolidate data and report the result to the Measurement Specialist at the fifth work day monthly. Review month results at the first CFT meeting monthly.

Detailed data reviewed monthly in the CFT and review the updated Cockpit Charts at the first CFT meeting monthly. CFT Measurement Specialist will prepare the weekly data charts and the Cockpit Chart. Panel owners will insure data is input to the Measurement Specialist on time
