为何要进行评估Reason for measurement
生产效率衡量生产设备达到设计能力的有效性。该指标可显示出阻止设备达到设计能力所存在的障碍
Productivity measures the effectiveness of the production equipment capable to
achieve equipment designed specificartion.This measurement is expected to expose
barriers that inhibit the equipment from reaching designed specification
与结果指标的联系Linkage to results
生产效率的提高可以减少流程中的生产数量,缩短反应时间,并改进质量,更好地利用现有资源
Improve productivity is expected to reduce the WIP,lower quality defects,shorten response time and better utilization of current resources.
衡量指标定义
Measurement definitions
生产效率是指在定点时间运行中的目标时间和实际时间的对照。
目标时间:(设置次数)×(每一目标设置的时间)+(实际产品数量)/(每小时目标数)
实际时间:(设置次数)×(每一实际设置的时间)+总运行时间+ 总停机时间
(注:目标时间按实际完成数计算;总停机时间不包括非生产时间;产品以实际片、材料以kg、时间以小时为衡量单位)
Productivity is Ent. Time VS. Act. Time at a point in time.
Ent time=(no.setups)(ent hrs per setup)+(no.good pcs)/ent pcs per hour
Act time=(no.setups)(act hrs per set up)+total run hours+down time
(Note: Ent. Time is calculated base on actual completed numbers; Total down time excludes non manufacturing time, product measure in piece, material measure in Kg, time measure in hour)

每周四下午6点为一周的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司收集时间;每月第5个工作日将收集的数据汇总并报给CFT的衡量专员;月成果将在下月第一个CFT会议上回顾
Each Thursday 6:00pm is the data collection time for a week; Consolidate data and report the result to the Measurement Specialist at the fifth work day monthly. Review month results at the first CFT meeting monthly.

Detailed data reviewed monthly in the CFT and review the updated Cockpit Charts at the first CFT meeting monthly. CFT Measurement Specialist will prepare the weekly data charts and the Cockpit Chart. Panel owners will insure data is input to the Measurement Specialist on time
