Classified Index:F27 U.D.C.: 658 Dissertation for the Master Degree of MBA Optimization Research on QT Companys Software Project Schedule Management Candidate： Xu Jiayu Supervisor： Prof. Sun Yanming MBA Speciality： School： School of Management May, 2023 Date of Defence： Degree Offering Institution： Guangzhou University 摘要 摘要 软件欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司是中国欣欣向荣的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，它的竞争非常激烈，当前大多数的企业在软件 项目进度管理方面存在进度不可控、人员协调合作差、风险管理弱等问题，这对于软 件的开发和应用造成了十分不利的影响。LSD为Lean Software Development（精益软件 开发）的简称，起源于精益生产，为设计软件产品和服务提供了一种管理理念和一套 实用工具。将LSD的理论和工具，运用到软件项目进度管理中，可以满足企业优化生 产、提高效率以及提供高质量输出的需要，从而消除浪费，节省时间，降低成本。 本文概述LSD理论，介绍其核心、原则、方法和工具，为本文研究提供理论基础 以及方法工具。而后，以QT公司XM软件开发项目进度管理为例，利用深层访谈法采 访项目成员，运用VSM和5M1E法分析项目进度中存在的问题，总结出存在项目周期 长时常延期、项目安排不合理人力和时间浪费、需求变动频繁扰乱开发节奏、项目成 员沟通效率低四个影响项目进度问题。接着，运用LSD的工具，制定优化方案，分别 是构建MVP缩短项目周期、运用Kanban工具改善项目进度管理、使用User Story改进 需求管理、健全项目会议制度提升沟通效率。同时，针对这四种优化方案提出实施保 障。通过强化异常管理和持续改善、注重LSD人才培养、宣传培育企业LSD文化、重 视召开迭代回顾会议为优化方案的有效实施提供保障。最后，根据优化方案实施期间 的User Story记录情况进行数据分析，得到优化方案实施后工作产出效率提高38.03%， 交付周期加快了60%。由此可见LSD方法对软件项目进度的优化效果显著，对于同类 型软件项目进度管理的借鉴意义非凡。 关键词：软件项目管理；项目进度管理；精益软件开发； I 广州大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The software industry is a thriving industry in China, and its competition is very fierce. Currently, most enterprises have problems in software project schedule management, such as uncontrollable progress, poor personnel coordination and cooperation, and weak risk management, which has a very unfavorable impact on software development and application. LSD, abbreviated as Lean Software Development, originated from lean production and provides a management philosophy and a set of practical tools for designing software products and services.
