分类号 密级 公开 U D C 学校代码 10689 硕士学位论文 基于企业生命周期的财务战略优化研究 ——以爱尔眼科为例 Research on financial strategy optimization based on enterprise life cycle ——Take Aier Eye Hospital for example 姓 导 名： 闫明月 彭家生（教授） 工商管理硕士 工商管理 师（职称）： 申请学位类别： 专 研 业： 究 方向： 财务战略 学院（中心、所）： 商学院 论文完成时间：2023年 6月 6日 摘要 摘要 财务战略是在公司战略的统筹下，以谋求公司资金均衡地流动并最终实现 公司长期财务价值的最大化，而对公司资金流转和资本运作所进行的全局性、 长期性和创造性的筹划。企业在不同生命周期阶段其财务战略重点不尽相同， 需要不同的财务战略给与支撑。因此，为保证企业在不同周期阶段更好的实现 战略目标，就需站在企业生命周期视角进行动态研究，以构建一个适合企业发 展的财务战略体系。 文章首先对爱尔眼科的商业扩张模式进行剖析，并通过 SWOT模型对爱尔 眼科所处的战略环境进行分析；其次，通过现金流和销售收入两种指标来界定 爱尔眼科2017-2021年所处的生命周期，测出爱尔眼科处于成长期阶段，并明确 成长期阶段的财务战略目标；最后，文章通过财务战略矩阵体系对爱尔眼科所 处生命周期和财务战略进行深入分析，找出爱尔眼科存在的财务战略问题，并 给出相应的优化建议。 本文通过以上分析得到的研究结论有三项。首先，通过现金流量组合法和 销售趋势法两种方法界定，发现爱尔眼科近五年正处于生命周期的成长期阶段。 其次，通过构建财务战略矩阵帮助公司管理者分析评价爱尔眼科的财务战略所 处位置和变化情况，并制定实施战略对策方案，说明财务战略矩阵对于企业财 务战略决策可以提供支持。最后，在基于生命周期的视角下，通过分析发现了 爱尔眼科存在的财务战略问题，并针对成长期财务战略特征给出了相应的优化 建议。 关键词：财务战略；生命周期；爱尔眼科 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Financial strategy is the overall, long-term and creative planning of the companys capital flow and capital operation under the overall planning of the companys strategy, in order to seek the balanced flow of the companys capital and ultimately realize the maximization of the companys long-term financial value. In different life cycle stages, enterprises need different financial strategies to support their financial strategies.
