在疫情反复之下,强身健体增强免疫力成为刚需。伴随 2022冬奥会刮起了一股冰
雪运动的热潮,滑雪服,冲锋衣等运动服装需求量也大增。在中国,纺织服装欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,因
为人口红利逐渐消失,加工成本增高,款式简单且大数量订单已经从国内转移到东南亚
国家。
YT公司是瑞士体育用品采购总部驻深圳办事处,负责服装、鞋类和健身器械在东
南亚供应商处的采购。2018年以后,YT公司服装采购战略重心从中国转移至东南亚其
它国家,导致 YT公司的供应商需求发生改变,供应商管理更加复杂, YT公司服装采
购供应商管理系统亟需优化和改进。
本文运用文献研究法、访谈法、案例分析法等方法,基于供应商管理相关理论,调
查了解 YT公司现状,分析该公司服装供应商管理中的诸多问题,如供应商选择和引入
考虑维度不全面,导致引进的新供应商技术水平参差不齐、工厂生产水平与订单难度不
匹配;供应商关系偏传统型而非合作伙伴关系,所以供应商配合意愿差;缺失有效供应
商绩效评估等。针对这些问题,利用帕雷托图分析和层次分析法,提出相应解决方案,
包括供应商选择流程与机制构建、供应商关系管理优化、以及建立供应商绩效评估系统,
来优化 YT公司供应商管理,从而提高公司经济效益和竞争力。
通过本文的研究应用,不仅对 YT公司具有现实指导意义,对于同类企业也可提供
借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT
Under the repeated epidemic, strengthening the body to enhance immunity has become a
necessity. With the 2022 Winter Olympics, there has been a surge of snow and ice sports, and
the demand for sports clothing such as ski suits and waterproof jackets has also increased. In
China, the textile andgarment industry, because the demographicdividend gradually
disappeared, the manufacturing cost increased, simple style and large number of orders have
been transferred from the domestic to Southeast Asian countries.
YT Company is Shenzhen office of Swiss Sporting goods Purchasing headquarters.
Responsible for the procurement of apparel, footwear and fitness equipment from Southeast
Asian suppliers. After 2018, YTs apparel procurement strategy shifted from China to other
countries in Southeast Asia, leading to changes in YTs supplier demand and more complex
