enterprises has experienced many transformations,that is, from providing part of the
third-party logistics activities to participating in production activities, to using the concept of
supply chain services to promote the outsourcing of non core businesses such as logistics and
customs declaration, Then to the collaborative integration of global supply chain resources
based on professional division of labor. Under the joint action of multiple factors, such as
high-qualitymacroeconomicdevelopment,transformationofsupplychainindustry
development mode, more diversified user demand, innovation and application of digital twin
technology, and the maturity of new entity enterprise integration ability, the supply chain
service mode began to enter a higher stage driven by big data, giving birth to a way to build
the core competitiveness of digital intelligence and have the comprehensive service function
of the whole chain, Provide a comprehensive customized overall solution and a new supply
chain service mode based on supply chain management system - supply chain integration. I
believe that in the near future, supply chain integration will dominate the development trend
of the industry. With China entering a new stage of development, a strong supply chain is the
support and important guarantee to open up the domestic cycle, connect and participate in the
international cycle. How can Chinese enterprises build a high-quality supply chain and stand
out from the siege? How can China's supply chain service industry achieve high-quality
development through business model transformation and upgrading? These are worthy of our
in-depth exploration.
Based on the opportunities and challenges faced by the founder team of G supply chain
service company inthe five yearsfrom the initial stageof entrepreneurship tothe
development and transformation of the company, this thesis makes decisions around the
problems faced by the enterprise in each stage of the process, including partner selection,
platform construction, servicemarket analysis, business transformation,upgrading and
innovation. It describes the origin of G supply chain service company's entrepreneurial
motivation, thedeterminationof corecooperative enterprisesin theearly stageof
development, the implementation of local subsidy policies, the difficulties of team building
and system platform construction, as well as the development opportunities brought by the

of the supply chain service industry, uses the Porter five forces model data analysis tool to
analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of G supply chain service
company, effectively analyze theinternal environment of the company,and correctly
