基于可拓学的食品类企业可持续供应链绩效评价

摘要
近年来,随着全球化和不断增长的客户需求使得各企业在供应链绩效水平上
相互竞争。消费者对食品类企业发展的可持续性有更高的期望,特别强调与能源、
排放、食品质量以及社会责任息息相关,因此食品类企业可持续发展成为当今行
业的关注点。食品类企业要保持长久竞争力和企业的可持续发展,就必须转变现
有的供应链模式。然而如何全面的对食品类企业可持续供应链进行评价,建立合
适的食品类企业可持续供应链绩效评价体系,以及寻求合适的研究方法是一个值
得深入研究的话题。
首先,本文通过对国内外关于食品类企业可持续供应链的研究现状进行梳理,
结合供应链的特点,对食品类企业可持续供应链定义、特点、现存问题及影响因
素进行总结。依据三重底线理论,从经济维度、社会维度、环境维度作为评价体
系的一级指标,借助可拓学原理,拓展分析出了 20个二级指标。基于绿色环保
可持续理念,拓展出一个新的食品类企业可持续供应链绩效评价指标,促进我国
食品供应链更好贯彻欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的可持续发展。
其次,本文基于可拓学构建了食品类企业可持续供应链绩效评价物元模型。
可拓学与传统方法最大区别是:可以将不同指标联系起来,理清指标间的关系。
本文运用可拓学这一定性和定量相结合方法,构建评价指标体系和五大等级间的
关联函数,通过对关联函数计算出的数值确定所处等级,可以较好的反应整个食
品业可持续供应链的绩效水平、一级指标绩效水平以及二级指标绩效水平。
最后,本文引入 M食品企业,将上述建立的物元可拓模型作为基础,做出
M企业的实证分析。评价结果表明了该模型的适用性和科学性,一定程度上完
善了食品类企业可持续供应链绩效评价体系,同时也对食品类企业可持续供应链
绩效评价的相关研究提供了新方向。针对 M食品企业最后的评价结果,提出了
六方面合理化建议。

Abstract
In recent years, globalization and increasing customer demands have made
companies compete with each other on the level of supply chain performance.
Consumers have higher expectations for the sustainability of the development of food
companies, with special emphasis on energy, emissions, food quality and social
responsibility. Therefore, the sustainable development of food companies has become
thefocusoftoday's industry.Forfoodcompaniestomaintainlong-term
competitiveness and sustainable development, they must transform the existing supply
chain model. However, how to comprehensively evaluate the sustainable supply chain
of food enterprises, establish a suitable performance evaluation system for the
sustainable supply chain of food enterprises, and seek appropriate research methods
are topics worthy of further study.
First of all, thispaper summarizes the definition, characteristics,existing
problems and influencing factors of sustainable supply chain of food enterprises by
sorting out the research status of sustainable supply chain of food enterprises at home
and abroad, combined with the characteristics of supply chain. According to the triple
bottomlinetheory,fromtheeconomicdimension,socialdimension,and
environmental dimension as the first-level indicators of the evaluation system, and
then with the help of the principle of extensibility, 20 second-level indicators are
expanded and analyzed. Based on the concept of green environmental protection and
sustainable development, a new performance evaluation index for the sustainable
supply chain of food enterprises has been developed to promote the sustainable
development of the industry in my country's food supply chain.
Secondly, based on extenics, this paper constructs a matter-element model of
sustainable supply chain performance evaluation of food enterprises. The biggest
difference between extenics and traditional methods is that it can link different
indicators and clarify the relationship between indicators. In this paper, the qualitative
and quantitative method of extenics is used to construct the correlation function

between the evaluation index system and the five grades, and the grade is determined
by the value calculated by the correlation function, which can better reflect the
sustainable supply of the entire food industry. The performance level of the chain, the
performance level of theprimary indicator, and the performance level ofthe
secondary indicator.
Finally, this paper introduces M food enterprise, and takes the matter-element
extension model established above as the basis to make an empirical analysis of M
enterprise. The evaluation results show the applicability and scientificity of the model,
which to acertain extent improves thesustainable supply chain performance
evaluation system of food enterprises, and also provides a new direction for the
related researchon sustainablesupply chainperformance evaluation offood
enterprises. According to the final evaluation results of M food enterprises, six
rationalization suggestions are put forward.
