数字经济背景下,实体经济的传统发展模式已逐渐失去竞争力,积极开展数
字化转型是中小企业突破发展瓶颈的必然选择。浙江 ZR科技公司是新昌数字化转
型较为成功的案例,它通过自主创新构筑起核心竞争力,响应落实国家关于垃圾
分类的重要指示精神,自主研发干湿分类一体机、厨余垃圾分类机以及医废垃圾
分类数字监管系统等上百余系列产品装置,获科技成果国家专利近九十余项,年
均科研投入强度在百分之十以上。然而,中小企业进行数字化转型并非一蹴而就,
浙江 ZR科技公司也曾存在不知道转型的方向、不知道如何转型等问题。它们克服
困难并最终成功实现数字化转型的经验对于我国科技型中小企业具有一定的借鉴
意义。
本文以浙江 ZR科技公司为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究方法分析其数字化转
型的驱动因素,并提炼出浙江 ZR数字化转型的实现路径。在文献综述和理论分析
基础上,梳理了 ZR公司数字化转型的现状,并进行了初步动因分析。然后,运用
扎根理论方法和 Nvivo12文本分析软件对访谈数据进行扎根研究,通过编码,客
观得到了 202个参考点。经逻辑关系点连接,设立了 11个副范畴,即相关政策支
持、满足客户需求、价值驱动引领、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境势头大好、创新投入不足、企业内
生动力不足、整合外部资源、低效的人力资源、单业务模式、多业务模式整合和
平台化生态互联。结合企业实际情况和理论分析框架,将 11大副范畴总结为外部
驱动因素、内部驱动因素和各阶段路径形成三个主要范畴。最后,基于扎根理论
研究和文献研究结果,文章最后针对 ZR公司如何进一步数字化转型优化提出了相
关对策建议。
研究结合扎根理论自下而上的推理过程,丰富了现有研究数字化转型驱动因
素和实现路径的理论内容,对浙江 ZR科技公司数字化转型驱动因素进行扎根编码
分析,从而梳理出在不同转型阶段和不同驱动因素动态变化影响下其数字化转型
实现路径的演化过程。同时针对其驱动因素的分析结果,提出相关促进转型建议。
ZR公司数字化转型实现路径的动态演化模型为同类型中小企业开展数字化转型提
供了理论基础和指导借鉴作用。

Abstract
Under the background of digital economy, the traditional development mode of
real economy has gradually lost its competitiveness, and actively carrying out digital
transformation is an inevitable choice for SMEs to break through the development
bottleneck. Zhejiang ZR Technology Company is one of the more successful cases of
digital transformation in Xinchang. It has built up its core competitiveness through
independent innovation, responded to the implementation of the important national
instructions on garbage classification, independently developed more than hundreds of
series of devices such as wet and dry sorting machines, food waste sorting machines and
digital supervision systems for medical waste classification, and obtained more than 90
national patents for scientific and technological achievements, with an average annual
investment in scientific research of The average annual investment in scientific research
ismore thantenpercent. However,thedigitaltransformation ofsmalland
medium-sized enterprises does not happen overnight, and Zhejiang ZR Technology
Company also had problems such as not knowing the direction of transformation and
not knowing how to transform. Their experience of overcoming difficulties and finally
achieving successfuldigitaltransformation hascertain significanceforChina’s
technology-based SMEs.
This paper takes Zhejiang ZR Technology Company as the research object,
analyzes the driving factors of its digital transformation using the rooted theory research
method, and distills the realization path of Zhejiang ZR’s digital transformation. Based
on the literature review and theoretical analysis, the current situation of ZR’s digital
transformation is sorted out, and a preliminary motivation analysis is conducted. Then,
the interview data were rooted and studied using the rooting theory method and
Nvivo12 text analysis software, and 202 reference points were objectively obtained
through coding. Connected by logical relationship points, 11 sub-categories were
established, namely, relevant policy support, meeting customer needs, value-driven
leadership,industry environmentwithgreat momentum,insufficientinnovation
investment, insufficientendogenous corporate motivation,integration ofexternal
resources, inefficient human resources, single business model, multi-business model
integration andplatform-based ecologicalinterconnection. Combiningthe actual
