作为企业竞争力的核心组成部分，财务竞争力的提升成为企业提升竞争力的
关键所在。A医药公司自成立以来持续高速增长，在欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内保持领先地位，但是
由于我国医药欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司整体发展较快，欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司利润通常较高，这造成了该欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司许多企业
不注重财务管理、粗放式经营，A 医药公司也不例外，在过往的经营中更注重产
品业务的拓展、市场的开拓，对于财务管理缺乏重视和策略。哈佛分析框架自提
出后己经得到了广泛的应用。哈佛分析框架从战略的高度分析一个企业的财务状
况，分析企业外部环境存在的机会和威胁，分析企业内部条件的优势和不足，在
科学的预测上为企业未来的发展指出方向。但是传统的哈佛分析框架在定量分析
上稍显不足，基于此本文将对哈佛分析框架加以改进，在财务分析部分融入因子
分析法，定性与定量相结合，对 A 医药公司进行更科学有效的全面分析。
本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景和意义，并对主要研究内容和研究方法进行
简要说明。其次，对 SWOT 分析法、传统哈佛分析框架等相关理论进行梳理阐述。
再次，以哈佛框架为基础，从战略、会计、财务、前景四个层次和角度分析 A 医
药公司的财务状况。根据财务竞争力相关理论，利用因子分析法，构建财务竞争
力评价指标体系，对 A 医药公司现有财务竞争力评价，得出影响 A 医药公司财务
竞争力的主因子有偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等5 个因子，A 医药公司财务
竞争力整体较弱的结论。笔者建议，在医药欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司面临巨大的市场需求和良好的政
策支持下，A医药公司应该以务实谨慎的思路贯彻实施科技创新战略并加快推进
国际化战略，同时加强销售费用管控，提升营运管理能力等措施不断推动企业竞
争力的提升。

Abstract
As the core component of enterprise competitiveness, the promotion of financial
competitiveness has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Since
its establishment, a pharmaceutical company has continued to grow at a high speed and
maintained a leading position in the industry. However, due to the rapid development of
China;s pharmaceutical industry as a whole, the industry profit is usually high, which
makes many enterprises in the industry do not pay attention to financial management and
extensive operation, and a pharmaceutical company is no exception. In the past operation,
it paid more attention to product business expansion and market development, Lack of
attention and strategies for financial management. Harvard analytical framework has
been widely used since it was put forward. Harvard analysis framework analyzes the
financial situation of an enterprise from a strategic perspective, the opportunities and
threats existing in the external environment of the enterprise, the advantages and
disadvantages of the internal conditions of the enterprise, and points out the direction for
the future development of the enterprise in scientific prediction. However, the traditional
Harvard analysis framework is slightly insufficient in quantitative analysis. Based on this,
this thesis will improve the Harvard analysis framework, integrate factor analysis into
financial analysis, and combine qualitative and quantitative analysis to make a more
scientific and effective comprehensive analysis of a pharmaceutical company.
In the process of writing, this thesis first introduces the research background and
significance of the thesis, and briefly explains the main research contents and research
methods. Secondly, it combs and expounds the relevant theories such as SWOT analysis
method and traditional Harvard analysis framework. Thirdly, based on the Harvard
framework, this thesis analyzes the financial situation of a pharmaceutical company from
four levels and perspectives: strategy, accounting, finance and prospect. According to the
relevant theories of financial competitiveness and using the factor analysis method, this
thesis constructs the evaluation index system of financial competitiveness, evaluates the
existing financial competitiveness of a pharmaceutical company, and comes to the
conclusion that the main factors affecting the financial competitiveness of a Abstract
pharmaceutical company are solvency, profitability and operation ability, and the overall
financial competitiveness of a pharmaceutical company is weak. The author suggests that
under the huge market demand and good policy support faced by the pharmaceutical
industry, a pharmaceutical company should implement the scientific and technological
innovation strategy and accelerate the internationalization strategy with a pragmatic and
cautious idea, strengthen the control of sales expenses and improve the operation
management ability, so as to continuously promote the improvement of enterprise
competitiveness.
