中医药作为我国历史悠久的实用医药,在世界医药领域占据重要地位。目前, 随着国外植物药市场呈现高速增长态势,对中医药的研究、开发与应用的加强, 我国中医药企业发展面临前所未有的机遇。同时,由于我国中医药企业存在数量 多、产品单一、科技含量较低,效益不太高等问题,尤其是国外医药公司纷纷入 境投入研发天然植物药领域,在国内外医药市场份额不高的我国中医药企业将面 临巨大的竞争压力。湖北省中医药企业作为我国中医药企业的重要组成部分,如 何在国内外竞争中取胜,需要对自身的竞争实力进行评价,且对提升对策做进一 步的深入研究。 本文为了了解湖北省中医药企业竞争力水平,采取文献回顾法、调研访谈法、 定量分析法等研究方法,构建中医药企业竞争力指标体系并对重要企业进行评价, 理论结合实际提出了湖北省中医药企业提升竞争力的对策建议。本文主要包括以 下内容:第1章阐述了主题研究的背景、研究意义,梳理了相关研究成果,进行 了文献综述,确定了研究的主要内容、研究方法和技术路线;第2章介绍了本文 研究的理论基础,着重介绍了企业竞争力理论,以及对企业竞争力进行评价的指 标;第3章对湖北省中医药企业竞争力进行了评价,首先是对湖北省中医药企业 竞争力整体水平进行了评价,横向比较得出湖北省中医药企业在资金利润率、产 值利税率和人均销售收入等方面低于全国平均水平,竞争力有待加强。其次对湖 北省重点中医药企业竞争力进行了评价,选取湖北省中医药上市公司进行评价和 横向比较,评价结果显示,湖北的中医药上市公司与同类公司比较,在某些方面 具有较强竞争力,但不足的方面也很多,亟待全面提升竞争力水平。第4章分析 了提升湖北中医药企业竞争力所面临的优势和劣势,在规模、技术创新等方面存 在劣势;第5章结合竞争力实际水平和进一步发展面对的条件,从政府、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司和 企业三个层面提出了提升湖北省中医药企业竞争力的对策建议;最后是结论与展 望,本文研究得出湖北省中医药企业具有一定的竞争力,但亟待进一步提升。目 前,针对中医药的地方特点、研究区域、中医药企业竞争力方面的文献并不多, 本文进行这方面尝试性的研究,今后还需进行更深入和全面的研究。 关键词:湖北省;中医药企业;企业竞争力;竞争力评价; III Abstract Chinese medicinal materials occupy an important position in the field of world medicine. At present, with the rapid growth of foreign plant medicine market and the strengthening of research, development and application of Chinese medicine; Chinese traditional medicine enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities for development. At the same time, Chinese traditional medicine enterprises are facing many problems, such as large quantity, single product, low technology content and low efficiency, especially Pharmaceutical companies from foreign countries have entered the field of research and development of natural herbal medicine in succession, and Chinese traditional medicine enterprises with low market share at home and abroad will face tremendous competitive pressure. Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province as an important part of China's traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, how to win in the competition at home and abroad requires in-depth study on the evaluation and promotion of their own competitive strength. In order to understand the competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province, this thesis adopted research methods such as literature review method, research interview method and quantitative analysis method to construct the competitiveness index system of Chinese medicine enterprises and evaluate important enterprises. The theory and practice put forward Hubei Province. Countermeasures for Chinese medicine enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. This thesis mainly includes the following contents: Chapter 1 expounded the background and research significance of the subject research, sorts out the relevant research results, conducts literature review, and determines the main content, research methods and technical routes of the research; Chapter 2 introduced the research The theoretical basis emphasizes the theory of enterprise competitiveness and the indicators for evaluating the competitiveness of enterprises; Chapter 3 evaluated the competitiveness of Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province, firstly, the overall level of competitiveness of Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province. In the evaluation, the horizontal comparison shows that the Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province are lower than the national average in terms of capital profit rate, output value and profit rate and per capita sales income, and the competitiveness needs to be strengthened. Secondly, it evaluates the competitiveness of key traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Hubei Province, and selects the listed companies in Hubei Province for evaluation and horizontal comparison. The evaluation results show that the listed Chinese medicine companies in Hubei have stronger competition in some respects than similar companies. Force, but there are also many shortcomings, and it is urgent to comprehensively improve the level of competitiveness. Chapter 4 analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of improving the competitiveness of Hubei traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, and has disadvantages in terms of scale and technological IV innovation.
