教育是国家文明和素质提升的基础,是百年之大计。在每一个家庭中学生的
主要监护人是家长,对子女的家庭教育问题都予以很大程度的重视与关心,所以家
长们对学生家庭教育和学校管理等各方面的满意度都尤为重要。有人提出办德智
体全面发展的教育就是办让学生满意的教育、让家长满意的教育、让政府满意的
教育、让社会满意的教育。也有人直接认为办德智体全面发展的教育具体到一所
学校就是办让家长满意的学校。从某种意义上来说,评判学校教育质量的一个重
要指标是家长满意度。父母在学生教育中发挥着重要作用,家长与学校之间处于
良好的配合状态是最理想的教育状态。伴随着社会的不断发展,以及学校教学形
式的日益丰富,孩子的家长对学校教育的要求日益提高,导致了影响家长对学校
满意度评价的指标也发生了较大变化。为了充分了解和探究孩子家长对学校的满
意度,以及影响家长满意度的因素,本文对天津地区国际学校以天津M 国际学校
为例的家长们进行国际学校满意度的问卷调查。
本研究以问卷调查法为主要研究方法,另外以文献法和访谈法作为辅助,以
家长满意的教育为视角下调查天津 M 国际学校的满意度现状,挖掘该学校家长对
学校满意度的影响因素,提出如何能够提升天津 M 国际学校的家长满意度相应对
策。本文设计的问卷涉及四个维度:环境设施、日常管理、师资水平、课程结构,
每个维度 5 道题。
本文研究发现:在国际学校范畴下,男学生的家长满意度水平比女学生的家
长满意度水平高一些,因此得出家长的满意度测评结果受学生性别上的因素影响。
在四个维度中家长对于学校的日常管理部分是满意度最低的,应当受到学校的重
视。学校要做到每一个方面都认真负责,有较强的服务意识,才能改善学校整体
日常管理,提高家长满意度。家长们对于学校校园文化环境的整体打分偏低,这
是家长越来越关注学校的“软环境”,家长们对于学校的环境要求不仅仅是校园
的自然环境和硬件环境,更上升到了精神熏陶的文化环境。留学规划服务这一项
目,是较为突出的影响整体满意度的因素。升学质量是民办教育的生命,尤其是
在国际教育领域,学生毕业出口的优异成绩是家长关注的最终结果,对潜在学生
家长来讲,比任何宣传手段都能使家长信服。这些研究结果为进一步提高家长对
学校满意度的工作提供了很好的依据与帮助。

IAbstract
Education is the foundation of national civilization and quality improvement, and
it is a hundred year plan. In every family, the main guardian of the students is the
parents, who pay great attention to and care about their children;s family education.
Therefore, parents; satisfaction with students; family education and school management
is particularly important. Some people put forward that the education of all-round
development of morality, intelligence and physique is the education that satisfies
students, parents, government and society. Some people directly believe that a school
with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physical education is a school
that can satisfy parents. In a sense, an important indicator to judge the quality of school
education is parental satisfaction. Parents play an important role in students; education.
The best education state is that parents and schools are in good cooperation. With the
continuous development of society and the increasingly rich forms of school teaching,
the parents of children have increasingly raised their requirements for school education,
which has led to significant changes in the indicators that affect parents; evaluation of
school satisfaction. In order to fully understand and explore the children;s parents;
satisfaction with the school, as well as the factors that affect parents; satisfaction, this
paper conducts a questionnaire survey of international school satisfaction among the
parents of Tianjin International School, taking Tianjin M National School as an
example.
This research takes the questionnaire survey method as the main research method,
in addition, with the literature method and interview method as the auxiliary, under the
perspective of the education of parents; satisfaction, investigates the satisfaction status
of private international schools in Tianjin, excavates the influencing factors of parents;
satisfaction with schools in this area, and puts forward the corresponding
countermeasures for how to improve the parents; satisfaction of international schools in
Tianjin. The questionnaire designed in this paper involves four dimensions:
environmental facilities, daily management, teachers; level, and curriculum structure,
with five questions for each dimension.
This study found that: in the context of international schools, the level of parental
satisfaction of male students is higher than that of female students, so it is concluded
that the evaluation results of parental satisfaction are affected by the factors of
IIstudents; gender. In the four dimensions, parents are the least satisfied with the daily
management of the school and should be paid attention to by the school. The school
should be conscientious and responsible in every aspect and have a strong sense of
service, so as to improve the overall daily management of the school and improve the
satisfaction of parents. The overall score of parents for the school campus cultural
environment is low. This is because parents are increasingly concerned about the "soft
environment" of the school. The parents; requirements for the school environment are
not only the natural environment and hardware environment of the campus, but also
the cultural environment of spiritual influence. The study abroad planning service is a
prominent factor affecting the overall satisfaction. The quality of entering a higher
school is the life of private education, especially in the field of international education.
The excellent results of students; graduation export are the final result of parents;
concern. For potential students; parents, it is more convincing than any publicity means.
These findings provide a good basis and help for further improving parents;
satisfaction with school.
