摘要
近年来大数据、区块链和物联网等现代信息技术加速落地，为解决供应链金
融发展难点和中小企业融资难题提供了创新工具。在此背景下，本文选取供应链
管理领域的上市公司——易见股份为案例对象，对其“金融科技+供应链金融平
台”的智慧化发展模式进行深入分析，探究其创新供应链金融模式的动因和效果。
通过分析，本文发现：①易见股份的供应链金融创新模式能够通过解决信息不对
称、突破核心企业信用传导、降低金融机构供应链金融业务风险和降低融资成本
这四大机制来解决中小企业的融资难题；②易见股份基于金融科技创新供应链金
融模式是国家政策红利、技术进步推动、应对保理欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司竞争、追逐利润和应对产
业链融资需求变化等内外部因素共同驱动的结果，这促进了公司的整体发展，推
动了供应链产业的运营，展示出了该模式的创新性和优越性，能够为同类型企业
提供借鉴；③该模式也面临着新兴技术引发的技术风险、数据风险、法律和监管
风险，同时还存在保理业务坏账风险、资金来源渠道狭窄和金融产品创新不足的
问题。为此，本文针对性提出相应发展对策。最后，本文分别对第三方服务商和
商业银行发展供应链金融提出相关建议。

Abstract
The accelerated application of information technologies provide the innovative
tools for solving the difficulties in the development of supply chain finance and the
financing of SMEs. Based on this, this paper takes EASY VISIBLE Ltd which is a
listed company in the field of supply chain management as an example to study the
smart development model of "financial technology + supply chain financial platform"
and explore its motivations and effects of the innovative model of supply chain
finance. The results of the research show that the model can solve the financing
problems of SMEs by solving information asymmetry, realizing credit transmission,
reducing the risks of financial institutions in supply chain financial business and
reducing financing costs. Besides, the innovation of model is the result of the internal
and external factors such as national policy, technological advancement, competition
in the factoring industry, pursuit of profits and changes of financing needs in supply
chain. And it promotes the development of the company and optimizes the efficiency
of the industrial operations, so the innovative and superior model can provide
reference for similar companies. However, it also has some risks arising from
emerging technologies such as technical risk, data risk and legal and regulatory risk.
In addition, it has the problems of bad debts in factoring business, narrow sources of
funding and insufficient innovation of financial products. Aiming at solving these
problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures for EASY VISIBLE Ltd. Finally,
this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of supply chain finance
for the third-party companies and commercial banks.
