Abstract
Based on the benefits of good business performance and sustainable development of
enterprises created by corporate social responsibility, more and more enterprises began to
incorporate social responsibility into the strategic management of the enterprise, and
employee-level corporate social responsibility avoided the deliberate decoration of
management and more. , employee awareness of corporate social responsibility can
influence employee behavior and have a positive impact on company performance. So
this article starts at the employee level. Since leadership style has been scientifically
proven to be an important factor influencing employee perceptions, this study uses
transformational leadership as an example to trace the impact of transformational
leadership on employees' perceived social responsibility and ethical climate, and
employees in an organization to explore perceptions of corporate social responsibility.
The role of moral identity in this process. Using the cross-design method, the subjects of
the survey are various workers from different industries in China. A total of 407
questionnaires were collected, of which 374 were valid questionnaires, and then
regression analysis was used to test whether the model has been created. The survey
results show that transformational leadership contributes to the fulfillment of corporate
social responsibility and the atmosphere of organizational ethics. Playing a mediating role
in the perception of corporate social responsibility through transformational leadership,
corporate social responsibility can also indirectly influence company employees by
creating an organizational ethical atmosphere. And the moral identity of employees plays
a restraining role in this process, that is, employees with a higher degree of moral identity
feel the degree of social responsibility of transformational leadership to a greater extent.
In conclusion, based on the above research, this paper discusses the shortcomings and
future directions of this paper, and proposes some management suggestions for companies.
