数字化时代，各类新兴技术更新换代，大数据、云计算等信息化技术不断应用到
生活和工作中。新的环境背景下，促使企业需要通过数字化转型来进行战略规划的实
现。传统企业在进行信息化管理的时候，总是把业务和财务相分离，从单一维度进行
管理，这种做法往往造成业务和财务整合困难。企业的管理面对多样的商业环境，财
务工作的重点正从传统会计转向管理会计。全面的数字化转型是企业站稳脚跟的重要
武器，将企业转型为业财一体化是实现欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司领导地位的必然选择。对事实和数字的理
性分析是建立企业科学管理的基础。随着数字技术的发展，必须深刻认识推进数字化
转型、打造业财一体化平台的重要性。现阶段，基于业财融合的财务数字化转型已经
开始。
如何实现业财一体化，是现代企业面临的重要问题。本文依据相关理论，结合 C
公司业财一体化现状、存在的问题以及实施途径展开论述，指出企业实施业财一体化
的必要性，提出了适合 C公司财务数字化转型的优化方案，梳理业财一体化管理系
统优化流程，促进 C公司业财一体化更加完善成熟，并对 C公司业财一体化的具体
方法和内容进行补充。
本文希望 C公司通过业财一体化管理系统的优化，梳理整合业务和财务部门的
工作流程，进欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务流程再造，重新构建了企业管理制度，建设专业的业财一体化人
才队伍，借助业财一体化管理系统的优化，从而提高企业的经济和管理效益，降低风
险和企业成本。同时，也希望本文能够为一些正在进行和准备实施业财一体化的企业
提供借鉴作用。

In the digital era, all kinds of emerging technologies are updated, and information
technology such as big data and cloud computing are continuously applied to life and work.
The new environmental background has prompted the need for enterprises to carry out the
realization of strategic planning through digital transformation. When traditional
enterprises carry out information management, they always separate business and finance
and manage them from a single dimension, which often causes difficulties in integrating
business and finance. The management of enterprises is facing a diverse business
environment, and the focus of finance is shifting from traditional accounting to future
management accounting. Comprehensive digital transformation is an important weapon for
companies to stand firm, and transforming them into business and financial integration is
an inevitable choice to achieve industry leadership. Rational analysis of facts and figures is
the basis for establishing the scientific management of a business. With the development of
digital technology, it is necessary to deeply understand and appreciate the importance of
promoting digital transformation and creating an integrated platform for business and
finance. At this stage, the digital transformation of finance based on the integration of
industry and finance has already begun.
How to realize the integration of business and finance is an important issue facing
modern enterprises. Based on relevant theories, this paper discusses the current situation,
problems and implementation ways of financial integration in Company C. It points out the
necessity of implementing financial integration in enterprises, proposes an optimization
plan suitable for financial digital transformation of Company C, composes the optimization
process of financial integration management system, promotes more perfect and mature
financial integration in Company C, and adds specific methods and contents of financial
integration in Company C. This paper hopes that Company C will be able to achieve digital
transformation through the integration of business and finance.
This paper hopes that through the optimization of the integrated financial
management system, Company C has sorted out and integrated the workflow of business
and finance departments, conducted business process reengineering, reconstructed the
enterprise management system, built a professional financial integration talent team, and
improved the economic and management benefits of the enterprise and reduced risks and
enterprise costs through the optimization of the integrated financial management system.
