information platform system in China. In view of its importance to W company and
various problems exposed in the past software development projects, it is necessary to
establish a software quality management method which is suiTab. for the actual
situation of W company and oriented to user requirements.
Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a product quality management method
oriented to user requirements. QFD uses multi-level deductive analysis to transform the
user's requirements for software products into a series of technical characteristics in the
process of product development and design. At the same time, QFD takes the market
as the guidance, carries on the comprehensive evaluation to the product characteristic,
the usability and so on in the product design stage, thus achieves the user satisfaction.
this paper takes the client system design of W company as the research object,
studies and analyzes the current situation and process of software product development
of W company. Aiming at the existing problems, the affinity graph method is used to
identify and mine the real user requirements in the client system design stage, so as to
realize the standardization, hierarchy and quantification of the user requirements
analysis process. Through the gradual construction of QFD core tool house of quality,
the user demand data is completely transformed into the importance and target value of
technical characteristics in system design, and the conversion from user language to
