要
随着互联网产业的不断兴起,互联网企业受到政府大力支持的同时,也在不断创新
和变革。在企业壮大的同时,也暴露出来很多内部问题。残酷的市场机制也在 IT欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
越发明显。因此,企业需要有一套完善并且科学的项目管理方法,帮助企业提高综合实
力。
通过 A公司多年的发展,该公司如今已经是欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司标杆。在不断壮大的同时,也在寻
求突破和创新。同时,随着科学技术的不断进步,IT欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司所涉及技术以及理论也在逐渐
地向高端化和复杂化发展。完成 IT项目的过程中,整体的管理难度也在不断上升。IT
项目管理如何能够最大化地帮助企业,在时间、成本、风险、质量方面等方面都需要合
理管控。本论文将以中国IT欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司为研究背景,以 A公司为研究对象,深入讨论一下 M
系统项目进度与质量管理遇到的问题以及瓶颈。通过三个案例介绍 A公司 M系统遇到
的问题,并且结合进度管理和质量管理等理论方法,对 A公司产生的项目问题进行全面
的分析,确认是由于项目计划安排的不完善、项目进度控制存在问题、以及实施不达标
造成的质量不符合预期的要求,这几个方面影响了 A公司的 M系统。最后,本论文对
A公司设计一套科学有效的项目管理的解决方案,帮助 A公司输出有价值的可交付成
果。
通过本论文的分析和研究,最终得到了 A公司 M系统项目进度与质量管理的解决
方案,这些研究成果不仅能够解决 A公司的问题,同时对于 IT欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司解决项目管理问题
具有较高的参考价值。

system of A Company
Abstract
With the continuous rise of the Internet industry, Internet enterprises are constantly
innovating and reforming while receiving strong support from the government. As the
enterprise grows, many internal problems are exposed. Brutal market mechanisms are also
becoming more evident in the IT industry. Therefore, enterprises need a set of sound and
scientific project management methods to help enterprises improve their comprehensive
strength.
After years of development, company A has become an industry benchmark. At the same
time, it is seeking breakthrough and innovation. With the continuous progress of science and
technology, the technology and theories involved in IT industry are also gradually becoming
high-end and complicated. In the process of completing IT projects, the overall difficulty of
management is also increasing. How IT project management can maximize the help of
enterprises, in terms of time, cost, risk, quality and other aspects need reasonable control. This
thesis will take Chinese industry of IT field as the research background, company A as the
research object to discuss the problems and bottlenecks in depth which are encountered in the
M system for project schedule and quality management. Through three cases to introduce
project problems of A company and combine the theory of schedule management and quality
management methods to produce A company to conduct comprehensive analysis of project
problem for A company. Confirmation is incomplete due to three reasons from the project
schedule, problems exist in project schedule control and implementation of substandard quality
does not meet the expected requirement. These aspects have affected A company's M project.
At the end of this thesis, a scientific and effective project management solution is designed for
A company to help A company produce valuable deliverables.
Through the analysis and research of this thesis, the project schedule and quality
management solutions of M system of A company are finally obtained. These research results
can not only solve the problems of A company, but also have high reference value for IT
industry to solve the project management problems.
