摘要
随着中国社会经济的发展和生产技术能力的不断进步,大数据分析、机器学习、物联
网和区块链等新信息技术正逐渐运用在保险业务的发展链条上 ,欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的价值正逐渐被改
写。与此同时,保险客户的期望与要求将进一步增强,传统的保险理赔服务已经不能充分
满足客户需求,"应变"和"求变"已经成为整个保险欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的主旋律。尤其是受新冠疫情的影
响,这种趋势和需求越发明显和迫切,作为支持保险业务发展、增强客户粘性的重要环节,
理赔业务如何进行有效的数字化转型,正在成为欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司中面对的重要课题。本文希望以人保
财险 H分公司作为切入点探讨车险理赔业务数字化的现实应用方案,为财险欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司理赔业
务发展提供借鉴和启发。
论文通过实地调查的方式分析了人保财险 H分公司传统车险理赔业务运营管理模
式下的现状,运用调研问卷法分析其存在的主要问题,说明引入高新科技对于当前业务环
节进行科技赋能,优化理赔业务运营模式的必要性。论文针对人保财险 H分公司车险理
赔传统业务运营流程进行了深度研究,分析了当前客观存在的车险理赔案件处理周期长、
人均效能释放不足等问题,提出了要积极应用数字化方案进行流程优化,建立新型的业务
处理模式。讨论在当前技术环境下,5G和区块链技术在车险理赔业务数字化方面的应
用方向,借助 5G技术多个方面增强理赔"眼看"和"用手"的能力,提高客户出险查勘现场效
率和坐席的服务标准化水平。借助区块链技术打破数据孤岛,增强保险公司反欺诈能力。
同时在施行方案中提出要对车险理赔业务数字化的全流程闭环运营管理进行了深入讨
论,明确前端强化客户交互、中端优化管理运营、后端建立风险回溯机制的运营标准。另
外,针对车险理赔业务数字化运营发展面临的一系列问题列举了实施保障举措。
研究表明,要提高人保财险 H分公司的车险理赔业务处理效率,需打破理赔传统模式
束缚,积极配合甚至引导欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司实现科技化、数字化,借助科技工具再造理赔流程,革新理赔
运营管理模式,用科技带催发生产力,不断优化理赔服务,提升客户服务体验。

Abstract
With the development of social economy and the continuous progress of scientific and
technological forces, technologies such as big data, machine learning, Internet of things and
blockchain are gradually applied to the chain of insurance business, and the value of the industry
is gradually rewritten. At the same time, the expectation and demand of insurance customers
are also rising. The traditional insurance claim settlement service can not fully meet the needs
of customers."Response" and "seeking change" have become the main melody of the whole
insurance industry. Digitization is the main way of interaction between insurance companies
and customers in the future. Insurance customers expect simple and clear service methods.
Insurance companies should change the original interactive thinking of products and services
from a 360 degree customer perspective and create a humanized and seamless claim settlement
service experience. In particular, influenced by COVID-19, this trend and demand become more
and more obvious and urgent. As an important link supporting the development of insurance
business and enhancing customer stickiness, how to make effective digital transformation of
claims business is becoming an important topic in the industry. This thesis hopes to take PICC
P & C H branch as the starting point to explore the practical application effect of digital auto
insurance claims, so as to provide reference and inspiration for the development of claims
business in the P & C industry.
Through field investigation, this thesis analyzes the current situation of the digital
operation and management mode of claims settlement of PICC P & C H branch, analyzes its
main problems by using the data analysis method, and explains the introduction of high and
new technology to enable the current business links and optimize the operation and
management mode through the case study method. This thesis makes an in-depth study on the
digital operation and management mode of claim settlement of PICC P & C H branch, and
analyzes the current objective problems, such as insufficient efficiency release of the digital
operation mode of claim settlement, unclear standards of digital operation of claim settlement,
further accumulation of insurance technology and talents, and inertia resistance of traditional
claim settlement operation mode to digital operation, It is proposed to actively apply 5g and
