近年来,随着互联网经济的崛起,国内软件服务外包欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司欣欣向荣。然而,欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的
快速发展也相应带来了软件外包人才资源不足的问题。在此大环境下,人力资本的重要
性也就显得至关重要,公司之间的竞争表面上是综合实力的比拼,但归根结底是人力资
本的竞争。毫无疑问,赢得这场竞争的一大有效途径就是培训,公司培训对于增加员工
的知识技能,激发员工的工作主动性,提升公司绩效有着积极的促进作用。
本文以 A公司为研究对象,通过文献研究法、访谈法和个案研究法来分析改进软件
服务外包公司的培训管理工作。首先,对培训管理的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状
进行分析,在此基础上确定了本文的研究内容和技术路线;同时,通过对相关概念和理
论基础的研究,对软件服务外包欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司员工培训的特点进行了梳理;其次,在对 A公司中
高层管理者及相关人员进行访谈的基础上,分析了该公司面临的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境、公司自身的
特殊性,公司人员结构和培训组织开展方式,并利用培训需求分析理论、培训过程控制
理论和培训评估模型,总结出 A公司培训中存在的培训需求分析不充分、培训项目设计
不合理、培训实施与控制不到位、培训效果缺乏全面评估、培训激励不足等培训管理问
题;再次,从 A公司培训管理问题的成因出发,探索 A公司培训管理优化的思路,确
定总体目标和原则,相应提出培训管理问题的针对性策略,包括建立在公司战略基础上
的培训需求分析、项目设计、实施控制、效果评估、培训激励等完善对策;最后,对实
施的完善对策采取一定的保障措施,包括搭建数字化培训平台、提供稳定的培训经费保
障、营造学习型公司的文化氛围等等。
本文的研究不仅优化了 A公司的员工培训管理、还为 A公司的人力资源实践工作
提供了一些有价值的参考,丰富了现有研究,也为国内软件服务外包欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的相关研究提
供了新的视角。

Research on Training Management for Network Technology Company A
Abstract
In recent years, with the rise of the Internet economy, the domestic software service
outsourcing industry is thriving. However, this industry is now facing the contradiction
between the rapid development of the whole industry and the shortage of software outsourcing
employees. Under the background, the importance of human capital appears to be crucial.
Ostensibly, the companies’ competition is the contest of comprehensive strength, but ultimately,
it is the competition of human capital. There is no doubt that training is an effective approach to
win the competition. The company's training plays a positive role in building the correct
awareness of employees, increasing their knowledge and skills, stimulating their work initiative
and promoting company’s performance.
This thesis takes company A as a sample, it combines literature research, interview
method and case study method, to analyse and improve the training management of software
outsourcing company. Firstly, through the analysis of the background and significance of
research, overseas and domestic research status of training management, on this basis, the
research content and technical route of this thesis are determined. Meanwhile, through the
research on relevant concepts and theoretical basis, the characteristics of employee training in
software outsourcing industry are sorted out. Secondly, based on interviews with the
middle-senior managers and relevant personnel of company A, we can acknowledge the
industry environment which company A is faced with and the particularity of itself, the
structure of company’s personnel and the organizational method of training. By using the
training needs analysis theory, training process control theory and training evaluation model,
we summarize the problems of training management in company A, such as the inadequate
analysis of training demand, the unreasonable design of training project, the deficient control of
training implementation, the absence of overall evaluation on training effect and the shortage of
training incentives. Then we can find the factors that influence these problems. Thirdly, By
starting from the formation of company A’s training management problems, we explore the
ideas of optimizing the company’s training management, determine the overall target and
principle, then we put forward strategies and methods accordingly, including the improvement
measures which are in accordance with the analysis of training demand, the design of training
project, the control of training implementation, the evaluation on training effect and the training
incentives. Finally, we should take safeguards to carry out the improvement measures, which

consist of building the digital training platform, providing reliable guarantee of training fund,
creating the cultural environment of learning company and so on.
The research of this thesis not only optimizes the employee training management of
company A, but also provides some valuable references for the practice of its human resource,
enriches the existing research, and gives some new perspective for the relevant research of
domestic software service outsourcing industry.
