析和选择。最终得出结论,SZ煤电公司选择成本领先战略可以获取较大的竞争优势。

找出现有的煤炭业务竞争战略需要改进的方向,制定出切实可行的具体措施,帮助

ABSTRACT
China is rich in coal resources, but it lacks oil and gas. The
characteristics of resources determine that China's energy structure needs to
be dominated by coal. Due to overcapacity, slow upgrading and adjustment
of energy structure, the coal industry has fallen into a period of low
development. With the introduction of a series of supply side reform
measures, the coal industry has withdrawn a large number of backward
production capacity, continuously optimized the industrial structure and
widely applied new technologies. The whole industry is developing towards
high quality and high efficiency. These new changes in the coal industry are
both challenges and opportunities for coal enterprises. The market is real and
cruel. In order not to be eliminated, every enterprise must make a strategic
choice suitable for itself in the future development direction. Whether an
enterprise chooses to continue to be bigger and stronger based on coal
enterprises or develop non coal industries to seek new development
opportunities and profit sources requires every decision-maker to think
carefully and calmly.
SZ Coal Power Co., Ltd. is located in Shanxi Province, which is rich in
coal resources. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinneng holding Coal
Industry Group Co., Ltd. The business scope of the company is mainly coal
mining. At the same time, it also has non coal industries such as power,
forest, real estate development and machining. The company always adheres
to the enterprise spirit of "innovation, green, excellence and high efficiency",
and has been committed to building a first-class enterprise with "excellent
management level, good economic benefits, flexible system and mechanism,
high development quality and strong comprehensive strength". Under the
background of the current integration and reorganization of state-owned
enterprises and the reform and development of the industry, where and how
enterprises should go needs the scientific judgment of decision-makers.
This paper will use PEST analysis method and Porter's five forces
model to analyze the external environment and competitiveness of the
enterprise. Combined with the development and operation status of SZ coal
power company, this paper will analyze the current advantages,
disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise. At the same time,
under the framework of enterprise development strategy, SWOT analysis
method is used to analyze and select the coal competition strategy of the
enterprise. Finally, it is concluded that SZ coal power company can obtain
greater competitive advantage by choosing the cost leadership strategy. It is
hoped that through the research on the coal competition strategy of SZ coal
power company, the theory and practice will be well combined to find the
direction that the existing coal competition strategy needs to be improved,
and formulate practical and feasible specific measures to help enterprises
improve the competitiveness of coal competition business.
