摘要
中国烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司一直实行统一领导、垂直管理、专卖专营的管理体制,属于垄断性企
业,再加上烟草制品的特殊性,烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司也被人们称之为“特殊欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司”。面对市场经济
的竞争力不断增强,国内外各种欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司格局不断发生着新的变化,烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司面临着前所未
有的压力。在这种形势下,烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司不得不加快改革的步伐。作为烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司最重要的资
源,人力资源一直存在诸多问题,而员工工作使命感不高是这些问题中最为典型,也是
亟待解决的难题之一。提升工作使命感能够有效提高员工的工作效率,增强工作绩效,
促进企业的人力资源管理水平,为企业长远发展奠定良好基础。
本文以 A烟草公司员工为研究对象,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对
员工工作使命感问题及提升策略进行了深入研究。研究发现,A烟草公司员工存在工作
使命感整体偏低、女性员工工作使命感亟待提高、年轻员工工作使命感低于预期、基层
员工工作使命感低等诸多问题;而造成当前员工工作使命感不高的原因主要包括欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的
认同感低、公司薪酬体系不完善、员工职业发展不明确、企业文化氛围薄弱等。基于此,
本文从员工和企业管理方面提出若干提升策略,主要包括履行社会责任、优化薪酬体系、
强化职业发展、打造优秀企业文化等四个方面。
通过研究 A烟草公司员工工作使命感的提升策略,本文不仅在理论上系统探讨了 A
烟草公司影响员工工作使命感的因素,在工作使命感的研究领域中丰富了其现有理论研
究体系;对提升 A烟草公司员工工作使命感还提出了一系列切实可行的提升策略,不仅
解决了 A烟草公司当前在人力资源管理方面存在的亟待解决的问题,提升了员工的工作
使命感,推动了 A烟草公司的长远发展,也为整个烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的相关领域的发展积累了宝
贵的经验,提供了借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
China's tobacco industry has always been under the unified leadership, vertical management and
monopoly management system, belonging to a monopoly enterprise, coupled with the particularity of
tobacco products, tobacco industry is also known as the "special industry". In the face of the increasing
competitiveness of the market economy, the pattern of various industries at home and abroad is constantly
changing, and the tobacco industry is facing unprecedented pressure. In this situation, the tobacco industry
has to speed up the pace of reform. As the most important resource in the tobacco industry, human resource
has always had many problems, among which the staff's low sense of calling is the most typical and also
one of the problems that need to be solved. Improving the sense of calling can effectively improve the work
efficiency of employees, enhance work performance, promote the level of human resource management of
enterprises, and lay a good foundation for the long-term development of enterprises.
This paper takes the employees of A Tobacco Company as the research object, and makes an in-depth
study on the issues of employees' sense of calling and its promotion strategies by adopting the methods of
literature research, questionnaire survey and interview. The study found that A Tobacco Company
employees have a low overall sense of calling, female employees need to improve the sense of calling,
young employees have a lower sense of calling than expected, low-level employees have a low sense of
calling. The reasons for the low sense of calling of current employees mainly include the low sense of
identity of the industry, the imperfect salary system of the company, the unclear career development of
employees, the weak corporate culture and so on. Based on this, this paper proposes several promotion
strategies from the aspects of employee and enterprise management, mainly including fulfilling social
responsibility, optimizing salary system, strengthening career development, and building excellent
enterprise culture.
By studying the promotion strategies of A Tobacco Company's employees' sense of calling, this paper
not only theoretically and systematically discusses the factors affecting A Tobacco Company's employees'
sense of calling, but also enriches its existing theoretical research system in the field of research on sense of
calling. To ascend A Tobacco Company employees work purpose is to put forward a series of practical
