近年来,移动互联网的升级和发展加速了互联网技术和社交媒体的深度融合,移动社 交媒体借助技术推力深入到网民生活的方方面面,随着社交媒体应用与人们日常生活的联 系愈发密切,信息技术带来的过载问题相继出现,用户的倦怠情绪和消极使用行为开始显 现,这一现象开始引起学术界的关注。 国外的学者最早开始关注社交媒体用户在使用过程中出现的负面情绪和消极行为,并 结合具体的社交媒体类型进行了相关的研究;而国内学者有关社交媒体消极使用行为的研 究成果还比较少。现有的研究多是基于压力-负担-结果模型,从压力视角去解释社交媒体 用户消极情绪的前因变量,但是鲜少研究探讨社交媒体压力源对用户消极使用行为的具体 作用路径。 因此,本文在前人研究的基础上,结合中国社交媒体自身情境,以认知负荷理论和压 力研究中广泛应用的“压力-负担-结果”框架(S-S-O 框架)为支撑,构建以社交媒体倦怠 为中介,错失焦虑为调节的概念模型,探索以感知过载为代表的技术压力和错失焦虑共同 作用对消极使用行为的影响机制。采用问卷调查的量化研究方法,以国内目前用户数量最 大的社交媒体—微信平台的用户为研究对象,收集有效问卷 386 份,使用 SPSS23.0 进行 描述性统计分析和假设检验。 研究结果如下:信息过载、社交过载和系统功能过载正向预测社交媒体消极使用行为; 社交媒体倦怠在信息过载、社交过载、系统功能过载和社交媒体消极使用行为之间起部分 中介作用;错失焦虑在信息过载、社交过载和社交媒体消极使用行为之间起调节作用。 研究发现,移动社交媒体的信息技术所形成的过载作为压力源会增强用户的社交媒体 倦怠,而社交媒体倦怠的加深会进一步使用户产生社交媒体消极使用行为。同时,本研究 分析了用户的错失焦虑这一心理特质与过载的交互作用对社交媒体消极使用行为的影响, 有助于更加深入理解社交媒体消极使用的发生机制。文章从社交媒体技术压力的角度出发, 研究结论为社会化通信技术应用的开发运营商、利用社交媒体实施营销的各利益方提供了 借鉴和参考。 关键词: 过载;社交媒体倦怠;错失焦虑;社交媒体消极使用III Abstract In recent years, the upgrading and development of mobile Internet has accelerated the deep integration of Internet technology and social media. With the help of technology, mobile social media has penetrated into all aspects of Internet users' lives. Withthe increasingly close relationship between social mediaapplicationsand people's daily life, overload problems caused by information technology have emerged, and users' burnout and negative use behaviors have begun to appear This phenomenon began to attract the attention of the academic community. Foreign scholars first began to pay attention to the negative emotions and behaviorsofsocialmediausersintheuseprocess,andcombinedwiththespecifictypes of social media to carry out relevant research; while domestic scholars' research results on the negative use behavior of social media are relatively few. Most of the existing researches are based on the stress burden result model to explain the antecedent variables of social media users' negative emotions from the perspective of stress, but few researches explore the specific path of social media stress sources on users' negative use behaviors. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, combined with the situation of social media in China, this paper constructs a conceptual model with social media burnout as the intermediary and loss anxiety as the moderator, supported by the cognitive load theory and the "stress burden result" framework (S-S-O framework) widely used in stress research, and explores the joint effect of technical pressure and loss anxiety represented by perceived overload The mechanism of negative use behavior. Using the quantitative research method of questionnaire survey, 386 valid questionnaires were collected from wechat platform users with the largest number of users in China, and SPSS23.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis test. The results are as follows: information overload, social overload and systemIV function overload positively predict the negative use behavior of social media; social media burnout plays a part of mediating role between information overload, social overload, system function overload and social media negative use behavior; missing anxiety plays a regulating role between information overload, social overload and social media negative use behavior. It is found that the overload causedbytheinformationtechnology of mobile social media will enhance the user's social media burnout as a pressure source, and the deepening of social media burnout will further lead to the user's negative use behavior of social media. At the same time, this study analyzes the interaction of user's missing anxiety and overload on the negative use behavior of social media, which is helpful to understand the mechanism of negative use of social media. From the perspective of social media technology pressure, this paper enriches the application of s-s-o pressure analysis framework and cognitive load theory in the field of social media, and the research conclusion provides reference for the development of social communication technology application operators and the stakeholders who use social media to implement marketing.
