I 摘要 京津冀地区的供应链和物流的发展需要依托京津冀协同的进行。京津冀地理位置重 要性不言而喻,再借助京津冀协同发展的政策,大力发展物流业,这对京津冀的经济发 展更有重要意义。可以说,京津冀协同发展对京津冀区域物流有着极为重要的影响,因 为在京津冀协同政策的影响下,京津冀产业转化升级会加速,同时京津冀交通一体化也 会加速推进,京津冀协同政策更是打破京津冀原来的行政壁垒,这些都会极大的影响京 津冀区域物流的发展。本文在此背景下,研究了京津冀区域物流网络布局问题。 本文主要围绕在京津冀协同的背景下,对京津冀区域物流的发展展开研究,对文中 将要运用到的区域物流、轴—辐式网络理论进行了详细的阐述,并介绍了主成分分析法、 引力模型、物流隶属度方法的原理以及推导,进行相关理论的铺垫。在论文主要内容方 面首先对京津冀地区与物流发展相关的情况进行了概述,针对京津冀区域物流基础设施 建设情况以及物流发展环境进行了细致的分析,总结目前影响京津冀区域物流协同发展 的主要问题。根据京津冀区域物流现状构建了京津冀区域物流网络节点评价指标体系, 对京津冀地区13个主要物流节点进行分析,运用主成分分析法得到这13个城市的物流 综合得分并运用ArcGIS进行初步分级。然后运用引力模型对京津冀地区13个物流节点 进行引力值测算得到京津冀区域物流节点引力矩阵,再考虑到京津冀协同对京津冀区域 物流的发展,改进引力模型,在原有的引力模型基础上引入政策系数,得到全新的物流 节点引力矩阵,通过分析引力变化,验证了保定作为二级物流节点的必要性。 为了更好的对定性因素进行分析,本文在引力模型中加入政策系数,得到量化的定 性指标来验证指标的重要度,为以后的定性分析提供了一个新的研究思路。在京津冀区 域物流的研究方面,本文在针对京津冀协同发展,提出了京津冀区域物流轴—辐式网络 布局,并将京津冀协同对京津冀物流的影响量化分析,根据得到的结论,提出了非常具 有实际意义的物流发展建议。 关键词:京津冀协同;区域物流;轴—辐式网络;引力模型 Abstract II Abstract The development of the supply chain and logistics in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to rely on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.
