企业促进产业扶贫与脱贫攻坚积累了许多宝贵的经验，通过总结扶贫企业促进脱贫 攻坚的经验、规律，结合乡村振兴的发展需要，发现问题、找出差距，采取针对性的对 策进行创新升级，能够有效衔接乡村振兴。研究企业扶贫中的创新发展模式，有利于扩 大产业扶贫带动农民增收致富的效果，促进乡村振兴。 本研究以确山县HY公司为例，通过文献研究法、个案研究法进行研究。首先，本 课题在中外文献理论研究和实践经验总结的基础上，阐述了企业促进脱贫攻坚与乡村振 兴的相关概念、理论，归纳总结了企业带动脱贫与乡村振兴的思路、机理与模式，提供 了研究的理论基础。其次，概述了HY公司带动脱贫攻坚的产业特征与企业状况，分析 了HY公司“四位一体”、“长短结合生态种植”的脱贫攻坚模式及土地流转、特色种 植、劳务扶贫、慈善扶贫四种帮扶方式。第三，总结了HY公司扶贫的经验规律，梳理 了企业促进脱贫攻坚六方面经验；对比乡村振兴的要求，分析了HY公司促进乡村振兴 存在的五个不足及三个亟待解决的问题：面向市场的新产品开发、企业为主的协同创新、 农工互补的产业发展，提出了四项对策建议。第四，将对策建议结合HY公司实际针对 性的形成了促进乡村振兴的“三三”创新发展模式：三环相扣，三方合作，三产融合。 最后，对HY公司促进乡村振兴的“三三”创新发展模式进行了初步实践总结。 企业带动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴是一个系统工程，依据确山县HY公司千亩皂角林建 设及衍生产品开发的实地调研欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，深入了解企业带动脱贫与乡村振兴的发展情况和引 领乡村振兴的实施效果，结合脱贫攻坚衔接乡村振兴的需要，构建企业带动脱贫与乡村 振兴的理论体系，归纳总结企业带动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的模式及效果，有助于完善精 准扶贫理论体系与乡村振兴理论研究，为乡村振兴提供参考。 关键词： 企业带动 脱贫攻坚 乡村振兴 创新发展 中原工学院硕士学位论文 II Abstract Enterprises have accumulated a lot of valuable experience in promoting industry poverty alleviation and overcoming poverty. By summing up the experience and laws of poverty alleviation enterprises to promote poverty alleviation and tackling key problems, combining with the development needs of rural revitalization, finding out problems, finding out gaps, and adopting targeted countermeasures for innovation and upgrading, Rural revitalization can be effectively linked. The study of the mechanism of poverty alleviation and the innovative development mode of enterprises is conducive to consolidating the effectiveness of overcoming poverty, realizing industrial prosperity, living well and promoting rural revitalization. This research takes HY company in Queshan County as an example, and conducts research through literature research method and case research method. First of all, on the basis of the theoretical research in Chinese and foreign literature and practical experience, this topic expounds the relevant concepts and theories of enterprises to promote poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Secondly, the paper summarizes the industrial characteristics and enterprise situation of HY companies, and analyzes the "four-in-one" and "long and short combined ecological planting" models of HY companies, as well as the four ways of helping the poor: land circulation, characteristic planting, labor service poverty alleviation and charity poverty alleviation. Third, summed up the HY company's experience law of poverty alleviation, combed the enterprise to promote poverty relief six aspects of experience; compared with the requirements of rural revitalization, analyzed the HY company to promote rural revitalization of five shortcomings and three problems to be solved: market-oriented new product development, enterprise-oriented collaborative innovation, agricultural and industrial complementary industrial development, put forward four countermeasures and suggestions.Fourthly, it has established a "three-three" innovative development model that promotes rural revitalization. Last but not least, it summarizes the preliminary practice and exploration results of the "three-three" innovative development model that promotes rural revitalization. Enterprise-driven poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is a systematic project.
