在我国社会主义现代化建设中,企业部门与部门之间保持有效沟 通与协调,已成为越来越多的企业大力倡导的理念。企业是一个系统, 系统是由部门构成的,保持部门之间的相互联系,协同、协调是促进 系统有效性的必然要求,而组织沟通则是保持系统有效性的重要手 段。因此,有效的沟通与协调对一个团队一个部门的运行,尤其是企 业内的核心业务部门来说有着非常重要的意义。在实际工作中,影响 跨部门沟通的因素有很多,组织文化、组织结构的设计等因素均关系 着沟通的畅通与否。但在现有研究成果中,与组织管理沟通相关的实 证研究并不多,更着重于对绩效及薪酬管理的研究。本研究以S公 司为例,采用“个人访谈法”与“调查问卷法”,尝试从管理体系的 视角研究S公司业务部门与辅助部门的跨部门沟通问题,从组织层 次、部门层次与个人层次分析影响跨部门沟通的相关因素,并进行分 析归纳,提出实施组织创新管理、营造正向积极的企业文化氛围等相 关建议。 关键词:跨部门沟通、管理沟通、沟通障碍 II ResearchonCommunicationProblemsbetweenSCompany’sDepartment–take BusinessDepartmentasexample ABSTRACT Effectivecross-departmentalcommunicationcancreateagoodworking atmosphere,improvetheorganizationalefficiency,formanexcellentteamandpass onit.Butinpractice,therearemanyfactorsthatcaninfluencethecross- departmentalcommunication.Basedontheanalysisofcommunicationdisordersand relevantliteraturereviewoffactorsinfluencingthecross-departmental communication,itisfoundthatthefactorssuchastheorganizationalcultureandthe designoforganizationalstructureareallrelatedtowhetherthecommunicationis smoothornot.Therearenotmanyempiricalstudiesrelatedtoorganizational managementcommunicationintheexistingresearchresults,theyarelittlefocusedon Organizationalcommunicationmanagement,butmorefocusedonPerformanceand compensationmanagement.TakingSCompanyasanexample,thisstudytriedto focusonorganizecross-sectoralcommunicationproblemsthatoftenoccurinthe smallandmiddleenterprisemanagementmodelfromacross-levelperspectiveby using"casestudymethod"and"questionnairemethod".Byanalyzingand summarizingtherelatedfactorsthataffecttheinter-departmentalcommunication fromtheorganizationallevel,departmentalleveland,thearticleproposesto implementtheinnovationmanagementoftheorganization,establishanobjectiveand fairperformanceevaluationsystem,andcreatepositivecorporatecultureandother relevantsuggestionsforreference.
