知识不仅是企业重要的战略资源，还是企业创新的重要源泉。随着竞争激烈程 度的加剧，越来越多的企业开始认识到，仅仅依靠内部知识难以获得竞争优势，于 是，企业逐渐转向开放式创新，即从外部获取所需要的知识，比如人力资本、技术 等。信息技术不仅有利于企业获取外部知识而且能够促进内部知识的管理。因此， 如何利用信息技术促进开放式创新不仅是理论研究的一个热点话题，而且在企业经 营实践中也受到重视和追捧。 本研究基于企业能力理论，将IT能力作为自变量，知识整合能力作为中介变量， 企业社会资本和学习导向作为调节变量，开放式创新绩效作为因变量，从而构建了 IT能力影响开放式创新绩效的理论模型。本研究通过文献梳理和企业访谈编写了调 查问卷，使用232个样本数据来验证量表的有效性，并对关系模型进行检验。实证 研究结果揭示了变量间所存在的关系，并对所提出的理论框架提供了较好的支持。 与已有的相关研究相比，本研究的创新性工作主要体现在以下几个方面： （1）子研究1探讨了IT能力（内部IT能力和外部IT能力）对开放式创新绩 效所产生的直接影响。已有研究学者虽然分别对IT能力和开放式创新进行了大量的 探讨，但是这两者的结合仍然存在很大的研究空间。一方面，已有的研究主要探讨 了组织能力、知识管理等因素对开放式创新的影响，而关于信息技术和开放式创新 之间关系的实证研究则相对较少。另一方面，自从IT能力概念提出以来，已有的研 究学者对IT能力的概念和维度进行了深入的探索，但是尚未形成一致的结论。基于 企业能力理论，本研究将IT能力划分为内部IT能力和外部IT能力，并分别探讨了 它们对开放式创新绩效所产生的不同影响机制。实证研究结果表明，内部IT能力和 外部IT能力在提升开放式创新绩效中均发挥着积极的正向作用。因此，本研究拓展 了关于IT能力的相关研究，对IT能力理论的进一步深化具有一定的借鉴和参考价 值，并且对开放式创新的相关研究也具有有益的补充。 （2）子研究2探讨了知识整合能力在IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间所发挥的 中介效应。基于企业能力理论，IT能力作为低层级的能力对开放式创新绩效的影响 是通过更高层级的能力（如，知识整合能力）得以实现的。基于此，本研究创造性 华中科技大学博士学位论文 V 的构建了IT能力-知识整合能力-开放式创新绩效的理论框架。更进一步的，本研究 深入探讨了知识整合能力的不同维度所发挥的中介作用。实证研究结果表明，系统 化能力和社会化能力在内部IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间发挥着完全中介效应，协 调能力在内部IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间却没有发挥着中介效应。系统化能力和 社会化能力在外部IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间发挥着部分中介效应，协调化能力 在外部IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间没有发挥着中介效应。因此，本研究揭示了 IT能力影响开放式创新绩效的内在作用机理，对打开其内部“黑箱”具有非常重要 的作用。同时，本研究也为企业的经营实践提供了相关的理论指导框架。 （3）子研究3探讨了企业社会资本和学习导向在IT能力和开放式创新绩效之 间所发挥的调节效应。已有的研究主要基于外部环境因素来探讨IT商业价值的边界 条件，然而，尚未深入探讨内部环境因素所发挥的调节作用。本研究基于企业能力 理论，同时考虑了内外部环境因素，以拓展IT能力影响开放式创新绩效的理论边界。 具体而言，本研究分别验证了企业社会资本和学习导向对IT能力和开放式创新绩效 之间关系所产生的影响。实证研究结果表明，企业内部社会资本在内部IT能力和开 放式创新绩效之间并没有发挥着调节作用；企业内部社会资本在外部IT能力和开放 式创新绩效之间发挥着积极的正向调节作用。企业外部社会资本和学习导向在内部 IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间发挥着积极的正向调节作用；企业外部社会资本和学 习导向在外部IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间则不具有调节作用。因此，本研究推动 了IT能力和开放式创新绩效之间情境因素的发展。与此同时，本研究对企业经营实 践具有重要的理论指导意义。 关键词：IT能力；开放式创新绩效；知识整合能力；企业社会资本；学习导向 华中科技大学博士学位论文 VI Abstract Knowledgeisthemostimportantstrategicsourcesandthesourcesofinnovation. Withthecompetitivedevelopment,moreandmorefirmsbegintorecognizethatitis difficulttoacquirecompetitiveadvantagethroughinternalknowledge.Thus,firmstend toacquireexternalknowledgethroughopeninnovation,suchashumancapital, technology,andsoon.Asweknown,informationtechnology(IT)notonlymakesafirm toacquireexternalknowledge,butalsomanagesinternalknowledge.Therefore,thetopic ontherelationshipbetweenITandopeninnovationbecomesmoreimportantintheory andpractice. Basedonfirmcapabilitytheory,thispaperconstructsatheoreticalmodelincluding ITcapability,knowledgeintegrationcapability,firmsocialcapital,learningorientation andopeninnovationperformance.Through232surveys,hypothesesaretested.The empiricalresultsrevealtherelationshipbetweenvariables,andverifythetheoretical model. Basedonthis,thispaperstructurestherelationshipofITcapability,knowledge integrationcapabilityandopeninnovationperformance.Moreover,knowledge integrationcapabilityisdividedintothreedimensions,namelysystemscapability, socializationcapabilityandcoordinationcapability.Theempiricalresultssuggestthat bothsystemscapabilityandsocializationcapabilityplaycompletemediatorroleinthe relationshipbetweeninternalITcapabilityandopeninnovationperformance.
