随着国内外经济飞速发展、旅游市场需求量快速增加及消费者对旅游质量要 求的提升的情况下,旅游转型升级是不可避免的发展轨迹,但目前大多数的旅游 景点跟不上国内外的经济、市场及消费者的发展需求。本文是根据沈阳世博园旅 游景区为研究主体,针对沈阳世博园旅游景区的转型升级进行深刻的清晰、明确 的剖析,以其为沈阳世博园旅游景区提供转型升级的路径及保障措施,本文的研 究将助力沈阳世博园旅游景区不断健康发展,同时也可以作为旅游欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内其他旅 游景区及旅游项目的转型升级提供一定的参考作用。 本文的主要研究内容为 7 部分:第一,在对沈阳世博园景区经营情况进行详 细分析的条件下,研究选题背景、意义、国内外研究综述。第二,界定转型升级 的概念,提出相关理论基础及内容,并对相关研究工具进行概述。第三,对沈阳 世博园景区现状进行介绍,分析并指出沈阳世博园景区存在的体制改革方面、缺 乏宣传等方面问题。第四,运用 PEST 和 RMP 分析进行沈阳世博园景区转型升 级的发展分析。第五,明确沈阳世博园景区转型升级的五大路径,即重新定位; 整合资源,打造创新型主题公园;补短板,发展旅游新业态;利用新媒体进行旅 游精准营销;科技赋能,建设智慧景区。第六,根据上文提出的沈阳世博园景区 转型升级的路径,给出沈阳世博园景区转型升级的保障措施。第七,研究的结论 与展望。 关键词:沈阳世博园,转型升级,发展,智慧景区II Research on the Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Shenyang Expo Garden Abstract With the rapid development of domestic and international economy, the rapid increase of tourism market demand and the improvement of consumers' requirements for tourism quality, tourism transformation and upgrading is inevitable. However, most of the tourist attractions can not keep up with the development needs of domestic and foreign economy, market and consumers. This paper is based on the Shenyang World Expo Park as the main body of the study, aiming at the transformation and upgrading of Shenyang World Expo park tourist attractions, in order to provide the transformation and upgrading path and safeguard measures for Shenyang World Expo park tourist attractions, this study will help Shenyang World Expo park tourist attractions to continue healthy development, and can also be used as other tourism in the tourism industry The transformation and upgrading of scenic spots and tourism projects provide a certain reference. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, based on the detailed analysis of the management of Shenyang World Expo Park, the background, significance and domestic and foreign research summary of the research topic. Secondly, it defines the concept of transformation and upgrading, puts forward the relevant theoretical basis and content, and summarizes the relevant research tools.Thirdly, the paper introduces the current situation of Shenyang World Expo park scenic spots, analyzes and points out five problems existing in Shenyang World Expo park scenic spots, such as the reform of system and mechanism, the single product type, the lack of characteristics, the low market attraction and the lack of publicity. Fourthly, it analyzes the transformation and upgrading of Shenyang World Expo Park by pest and RMP analysis. Fifthly, five paths for the transformation and upgrading of Shenyang World Expo park scenic spots are clarified, namely, re positioning; integrating resources toIII create innovative theme park; reinforcing the weaknesses to develop new tourism formats; using new media to carry out tourism precision marketing; enabling science and technology to build smart scenic spots. Sixthly, according to the path of transformation and upgrading of Shenyang World Expo park scenic spots proposed above, the safeguard measures of transformation and upgrading of Shenyang World Expo park scenic spots are given.
