I 江苏银行总部大厦超高层办公楼项目施工安全 管理及对策研究 研究生：王紫健 导师：刘新旺 东南大学 摘要 近年来,我国的社会经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。社会经济的高速发展离不开 基础建设的支持，这使得建筑业成为我国国民经济的重要支柱产业之一。而超高层建筑 作为建筑业顶尖水平的代表者，在各个城市中拔地而起，其建设过程中的安全管理问题 的重要性也愈加凸显。然而，在实际建设过程中，建筑欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的安全问题一直难以解决， 这对社会发展的稳定性和经济发展的可持续性都造成了巨大的威胁，无法更为当前的时 代发展需求提供更好的系统性支撑。 在实际研究中，本文主要遵循发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的研究框架，对超高 层办公楼项目施工安全管理问题进行系统分析。论文第一部分为研究概述及文献梳理， 明晰论文研究框架，在既有研究基础上进行深入挖掘，对建筑施工安全研究的国内外现 状进行梳理。第二部分为超高层建筑施工安全的理论分析，从安全管理理论、安全风险 评价及实施过程等不同角度分析研究所需理论。第三部分为江苏银行总部大厦超高层办 公楼项目概况及安全管理重点难点问题分析，结合理论分析与项目现状，分析江苏银行 总部大厦超高层办公楼项目在安全管理上的不足之处。第四部分为江苏银行总部大厦项 目施工安全风险评价体系构建及评价，主要分析影响项目安全管理的因素，构建具有科 学性的安全风险评价指标体系，应用层次分析法和模糊评价法，对江苏银行项目进行安 全风险等级评价，找出项目安全管理的缺漏。最后，结合上述研究，提出改善江苏银行 总部大厦项目施工安全风险的有效措施和途径。 本文对江苏银行总部大厦超高层办公楼项目施工安全管理风险进行评价并提出改 进对策，为其他超高层建筑的安全建设提供了有效范式，对未来超高层建筑的发展有着 重要的借鉴意义。 关键词：超高层建筑；施工安全；管理评价 东南大学高级工商管理硕士学位论文 II Research on construction safety management and countermeasures of super high-rise office building project of bank of Jiangsu Postgraduate：WANG Zi-jian Supervisor：LIU Xin-wang Southeast University Abstract In recent years, China's social and economic development has achieved remarkable achievements. The rapid development of social economy is inseparable from the support of infrastructure construction, which makes the construction industry become one of the important pillar industries of China's national economy. As the top level representative of the construction industry, super high-rise buildings have risen in various cities, and the importance of safety management issues in the construction process has become more prominent. However, in the actual construction process, the safety of the construction industry has been difficult to solve, which poses a great threat to the stability of social development and the sustainability of economic development, and cannot provide better current development needs of the times. Systematic support. In the actual research, the thesis mainly follows the research framework of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, and systematically analyzing the construction safety management problems of super high-rise office buildings. The first part of the thesis is the research summary and literature review, clarify the research framework of the thesis, carry out in-depth excavation on the basis of existing research, and sort out the domestic and international status of construction safety research. The second part is the theoretical analysis of construction safety of super high-rise buildings, and analyzes the theory needed from different angles such as safety management theory, safety risk assessment and implementation process. The third part is the general situation of the super high-rise office building project of Jiangsu Bank Headquarters Building and the analysis of key difficulties in safety management. Combining theoretical analysis with the status quo of the project, it analyzes the insufficiency of the safety management of the super high-rise office Abstract III building project of Jiangsu Bank Headquarters Building. The fourth part is the construction and evaluation of the construction safety risk assessment system of Jiangsu Bank Headquarters Building Project. It mainly analyzes the factors affecting the project safety management, constructs a scientific safety risk assessment index system, and applies the AHP method to secure the Jiangsu Bank project. Risk level evaluation to identify gaps in project safety management. Finally, combined with the above research, it puts forward effective measures and ways to improve the construction safety risk of Jiangsu Bank Headquarters Building Project. The thesis evaluates the construction safety management risk of the super high-rise office building project of Jiangsu Bank Headquarters Building and proposes improvement measures, which provides an effective paradigm for the safety construction of other super high-rise buildings, and has important reference significance for the future development of super high-rise buildings.
