信用卡是金融业现代化的象征,具备灵活性、创新性、前景广阔等特征,成为 银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司业务创新与技术创新的重要领域,也成为互联网金融应用最为广泛的业务 领域之一。互联网金融是互联网技术深入应用于金融领域的产物,互联网金融在提 升信用卡业务运营效率和增强客户体验的同时,也给信息安全、信用授信、风险监 控带来了全新挑战,加强信用卡风险管理是互联网金融时代所有商业银行所面临 的共同难题。在此背景下,本文以M银行为研究对象,选取全过程风险管理视角, 对其信用卡业务的风险管理问题展开深入研究。在详细分析其现状的基础上,根据 信用卡发行过程并结合互联网金融的风险管理特征,从信用卡发行前-发行中-发行 后三阶段构建M银行信用卡业务全过程风险管理评价指标体系并开展实证分析, 最后根据综合评价结果提出M银行在三阶段优化信用卡业务风险管理的对策建议。 本文共设计了6章内容。第一章为绪论,重点阐释研究背景、研究意义和国内 外研究现状;第二章为理论基础,重点梳理本文运用的基础理论和评价方法;第三 章为现状分析,重点介绍M银行信用卡业务发展状况及其风险管理措施;第四章 为综合评价,利用构建的指标体系和评价模型对M银行信用卡业务全过程风险管 理水平开展实证分析;第五章为对策建议,从信用卡发行前-发行中-发行后三阶段 提出具体的风险管理优化建议;第六章为研究总结与展望。本文研究主要得出以下 结论:一是归纳出M银行信用卡业务的市场竞争状况和互联网金融转型趋势;二 是构建了M银行信用卡业务全过程风险管理评价指标体系,该指标体系以信用卡 业务全过程风险管理水平为一级指标,发行前风险管理、发行中风险管理、发行后 风险管理为二级指标、客户信息画像能力等12个三级指标构成。三是评价出M银 行信用卡业务的全过程风险管理水平。M银行信用卡业务风险管理的综合得分为 81.917,其中,信用卡发行后、发行中、发行前的风险管理得分分别为84.798、83.498、 82.847,均处于“良好”等级,但各细分指标均有改善空间;四是提出M银行信用卡 业务全过程风险管理的优化举措。包括信用卡发行前的风险预防、发行中的风险控 制、发行后的风险监管共12条具体举措。本文研究结论有助于完善我国信用卡风 险管理的理论研究成果,为M银行准确认知信用卡风险管理水平提供参考,同时 为M银行和其他商业银行在互联网金融时代提升信用卡风险管理水平提供借鉴。 关键词:信用卡业务,全过程风险管理,互联网金融,风险管理评价 湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract Credit card is a symbol of the modernization of the financial industry, with the characteristics of flexibility, innovation and broad prospects. It has become an important field of business innovation and technological innovation in banks, and also one of the most widely used business areas of Internet finance. Internet finance is the product of Internet technology deeply applied in the financial field. Internet finance not only improves the operation efficiency of credit card business and enhances customer experience, but also brings new challenges to information security, credit extension and risk monitoring. It has been a common problem faced by all commercial banks in the Internet finance era to strengthen credit card risk management. In this context, this thesis takes bank M as the research object and conducts in-depth research on the risk management of its credit card business from the perspective of Whole-process Risk Management. On the basis of detailed analysis of its credit card business and risk management status, and according to the credit card issuance process and the risk management characteristics of Internet finance, this thesis constructs the risk management evaluation index system of the Whole-process of M bank’s credit card business from the three stages of pre issuance, mid issuance and post issuance of credit card, and then carries out empirical analysis. Finally, put forward suggestions on risk management for M bank from the three stages according to the comprehensive evaluation results. Thus, this thesis has designed six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, focusing on the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad; the second chapter is the theoretical basis, focusing on combing the basic theory and evaluation methods used in this thesis; the third chapter is the status analysis, focusing on the development of M bank’s credit card business and its risk management measures; the fourth chapter is the comprehensive evaluation, carrying out an empirical analysis on the Whole-process risk management level of credit card business in M bank with the index system and evaluation model; the fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions, putting forward specific suggestions on risk management optimization from the three stages; the sixth chapter is the research summary and prospect. This thesis 湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 III mainly draws the following conclusions: first, it summarizes the market competition situation and Internet financial transformation trend of M bank’s credit card business; second, it constructs the evaluation index system on the Whole-process risk management of credit card business in M bank, which takes the Whole-process risk management level of credit card business as the first-level index, the second-level indexes including pre issuance risk management, in issuance risk management and post issuance risk management, the third-level indexes are composed of 12 indicators, including customer information portrait ability and so on. Third, evaluate the Whole-process risk management level of credit card business in M bank. The comprehensive score is 81.917, among which, the score of risk management in post, during and before the issuance stage of credit card is 84.798, 83.498 and 82.847, respectively, all of which are in the “good” level, but there is room for improvement in each sub index; the fourth is to put forward the optimization measures of the Whole-process risk management of credit card business in M bank. There are 12 specific measures including risk prevention before credit card issuance, risk control during issuance and risk supervision after issuance. The conclusions of this thesis will not only help to improve the theoretical research results of credit card risk management in China, but also provide references for M bank to accurately recognize the level of credit card risk management. Besides, they will provide reference for M bank and other commercial banks to improve the risk management level of credit card in the Internet Finance era.
