I 摘要 在创新驱动发展战略下,作为中国农业机械的开创者和奠基者,Y公司面临 着由传统制造向制造服务、智能制造转型的迫切要求,需要通过加强企业文化建 设进一步传导压力、激发动力、释放活力,打造发展新动能,助推公司走出困 境。面对Y公司当前企业文化存在的诸多问题,Y公司的企业文化建设亟待进一 步优化。 本论文主要运用访谈调查、问卷调查等研究方法,对Y公司企业文化进行评 估与审视,判断公司当前企业文化类型及领导层预期转型方向,识别企业管理层 当前价值观倾向,分析Y公司企业文化现状。分析结果显示,Y公司的领导层非 常清晰地感受到内外部环境变化的趋势,准确识别到企业文化变革的方向,当前 Y公司企业价值观和企业精神方面已形成稳固的文化认同度,但在创新和超越上 存在明显不足,文化的先进性、时代性明显不够,改革动力缺乏、创新活力有 限、竞争压力不足、开放合作意识不强等问题缺乏针对性的实施路径,对职工的 积极影响弱化。最后,本论文在文化变革方向、企业价值观引导及创新文化建设 方面提出相应优化策略,并从激发全体员工的创造活力、搭建组织学习平台、定 期开展全方位企业文化评估等角度提出相应保障措施建议,为企业持续发展提供 有力的精神动力和文化支撑。 关 键 词:创新驱动;企业文化诊断;优化;Y公司 论文类型:应用研究 选题来源:其他 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Under the innovation-driven development strategy, as pioneer and founder of China agricultural machinery, Y company faces from traditional manufacturing to the urgent requirement of manufacturing services, intelligent manufacture transformation, need to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to further transmission pressure, motivation, releasing energy, build a new kinetic energy development, helping the company out of the woods. In the face of many problems existing in company Y's current corporate culture, the construction of company Y's corporate culture needs to be further optimized. This thesis mainly used communication interview, questionnaire and other research methods to evaluate and examine the corporate culture of Y company, judge the current corporate culture type of the company and the expected transformation direction of the leadership, identify the current value orientation of the management, and analyze the current corporate culture atmosphere of Y company. Analysis results show that, the leadership of the company Y very clearly feel the tendency of changes in internal and external environment, accurate identification to the direction of the enterprise culture change, the enterprise values and enterprise spirit of Y company has formed a solid cultural perception, but obvious deficiencies on innovation and transcendence, cultural progress, time is obvious enough, lack of power, limited innovation vitality, the lack of competitive pressure, opening up and cooperation consciousness is not strong problems such as lack of pertinence of the implementation of the path, the positive impact to the workers.Finally, this thesis in the direction of cultural change, enterprise values and innovative culture construction aspects put forward the corresponding optimization strategy, and stimulate the creativity of the staff, from organizational learning platform, regularly carry out all-round enterprise culture evaluation angle put forward the corresponding security measures, such as sustainable development for the enterprise to provide powerful spiritual motivation and cultural support.
