近年来,国内烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争激烈,企业内部管理模式相对陈旧、管理方式落后,市 场近乎饱和,伴随着控烟活动的日益加剧,烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的发展面临着极大的挑战。为了改 变这样的艰难处境,根据国家烟草总局“要建立高效健全的管理模式,进行内部管理改 革,引进先进的管理理念和管理经验”的总体要求,面对当前严峻的形势,许昌卷烟厂 亟需要加强企业内部管理,引入先进的管理理念和方法,建立一套精益管理体系,提升 管理效率,解决内部管理落后问题。 企业开展精益管理的目标在于最大限度的减少浪费、增加企业效益,精益管理的宗 旨是完成投入的效益最大化,而其根本实质即是缩减生产成本提高企业价值。笔者深入 调研许昌卷烟厂实际采用精益管理理论的发展状态,特别是生产、质量、物流层面的现 实表现,在构建精益管理机制中,综合应用了对应的技术与管理工具。结合对许昌卷烟 厂的研究,本文以精益管理为视角,通过深入分析精益管理理论,结合实地调研取得第 一手欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的办法来全面论述精益管理理论在现实中的应用,总结出许昌卷烟厂当前的管 理情况与管理中暴露出来的问题,提出了精益管理的必要性和迫切性;在问题分析的基 础上,本文从精益生产、精益质量、精益物流、人才队伍建设等四个方面构建精益管理 提升的主要架构,并提出了相应的精益管理策略,并分别对每个体系进行了更为深入的 提升措施。 本研究从精益管理的视角,以许昌卷烟厂为案例,分析了该厂精益管理体系的建设 和实施策略,本文的思路和成果不仅为许昌卷烟厂优化管理模式、提升管理效率提供解 决方案,同时可以为相关生产制造企业的精益管理提供决策支持。 关键词:烟草欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,企业管理,精益管理,精益生产 III ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withthefiercecompetitionindomestictobaccoindustry,theinternalmanagement modeofenterprisesisrelativelyold,themanagementmodeisbackward,andthemarketisalmostsaturated. Inordertochangesuchadifficultsituation,accordingtothegeneralrequirementsofthestatetobacco administration"toestablishanefficientandsoundmanagementmode,carryoutinternalmanagement change,“drawlessonsfrommaturemanagementideas,improvetheirownmanagementmethods",facing thecurrentseveresituation,Xuchangcigarettefactoryurgentlyneedstostrengtheninternalmanagement, introduceadvancedmanagementconceptsandmethods,establishaleanmanagementsystem,andimprove Improvemanagementefficiencyandsolvetheproblemofbackwardinternalmanagement.
