在我国,人民警察简称民警,而基层民警则是战斗在最前线的人民警察。随 着国际国内形势的千变万化,人民群众需求的日益增长和不断变化,作为维护社 会稳定第一线的基层民警,开始面对不断变化、日益复杂的执法环境,并开始承 担越来越危险、越来越繁重的警务工作,基层民警的工作满意度因此也随之发生 了明显变化,并逐渐呈现弱化趋势。 基层民警的工作满意度决定了其工作积极性,决定了基层民警职能的发挥, 而基层民警的工作关乎社会的长治久安,也关乎企业生存发展的外部环境的稳定 与保障:良好的外部环境可以为企业的生产经营提供原料、能源、资金、人才等 必要条件;外部环境决定了企业生产经营活动的具体内容和发展方向。因此,基 层民警的工作满意度与企业的生存发展息息相关。 基于基层民警工作满意度的日渐弱化以及基层民警工作满意度重要性的日 益凸显,对基层民警工作满意度提升策略进行研究就显得尤为重要且势在必行。 本文在对相关理论和概念进行梳理的基础上,基于双因素理论的机理和范畴 结合基层民警职务和工作的特殊性构建了基层民警双因素理论分析框架。通过对 双因素理论视角下工作满意度模型的分析研究,结合基层民警的工作现状,以及 调研前期对基层民警的调研走访,文中梳理出双因素理论视角下影响基层民警工 作满意度的8个维度的32个影响因子构建了基层民警满意度分析框架。在该框 架的指导下,以济宁为例,通过问卷调查收集数据分析济宁基层民警满意度现状 及各因素各维度的满意度情况,并在此基础上借鉴双因素理论从保健因素和激励 因素两个层面总结出了提高济宁基层民警工作满意度的策略。 关键词:基层民警;工作满意度;双因素理论;策略研究 昆明理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文基于双因素理论的济宁基层民警工作满意度提升策略研究 II ABSTRACT Inourcountry,thepeople'spoliceorthepolice,andgrassrootspolicearetthe people'spolicefightingintheforefront.Withakaleidoscopeofinternationaland domesticsituation,andfurtherpromotestructuralreforminourcountry,thepeople demandisgrowingandchanging.Asthemaintenanceofsocialstability,the grass-rootspolice,begantofacethelawenforcementenvironmentofconstantly changingandincreasinglycomplex,andbegantocarrymoreandmoredangerous, moreandmoreheavypolicing.Grassrootspolicejobsatisfactionhavetakenplace, andpresentatendencyofweakeninggradually. Thejobsatisfactionofgrassrootspolicedeterminestheirenthusiasmforwork andtheperformanceoftheirfunctions.Theworkofgrassrootspoliceisrelatedtothe long-termstabilityofthesocietyandthestabilityandguaranteeoftheexternal environmentforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises.Ontheonehand,the externalenvironmentprovidesthenecessaryconditionsfortheproductionand operationoftheenterprise,suchasrawmaterials,energy,capitalandtalents.Onthe otherhand,theexternalenvironmentdeterminesthespecificcontentanddevelopment directionoftheenterprise'sproductionandoperationactivities.Therefore,thejob satisfactionofgrass-rootspoliceiscloselyrelatedtothesurvivalanddevelopmentof enterprises.
