在面对高速变化的市场经济环境时,企业从前所形成静态均衡的局势逐渐失去,在 稳态环境中拥有的优势和市场份额也被逐渐侵蚀,企业的核心能力
有可能演变为核心刚 性,其拥有的资源和能力不再匹配变化的市场环境。越来越多的学者认为动态能力是提 高企业绩效、赢得竞争优势的关键。但是,以往的研究学者们大多从
组织层面出发对动 态能力进行研究。尽管很多管理学者已经认识到多层次研究的重要性。同时,企业战略 定位作为公司决策机制的重要组成部分,其在一定程度也会作用于企业
绩效。因此,研 究多层次动态能力、企业战略定位与企业绩效之间的关系,对促进企业绩效的提升具有 重要意义。 本文通过研究多层次动态能力、企业战略定位和企业绩效三者
之间的影响关系,探 讨多层次动态能力对企业绩效的作用机制。其一,本文在整理和剖析国内外相关文献的 基础上,明确了动态能力、多层次动态能力的概念与维度、企业战略
定位的内涵、企业 绩效的内涵;其二,探索多层次动态能力、企业战略定位与企业绩效之间的关系,提出 了研究假设并构建了以企业战略定位为中介变量的多层次动态能力对企
业绩效影响的 概念模型;其三,对文中涉及到的变量进行测量,通过问卷的方式收集数据,运用结构 方程实证检验理论模型,考证本文的研究假设。 实证研究结果显示:(1)
多层次动态能力中的企业家精神、组织学习能力、整合 重构能力、组织变革能力对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)企业家精神对产品创新 定位、市场开拓定位具有显著的正向
影响,组织学习能力对产品创新定位具有显著的正 向影响,组织变革能力对市场开拓定位有显著的正向影响,网络动态能力对市场开拓定 位有显著的正向影响;(3)产品创新定
位对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;市场开拓定 位对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;企业战略定位在多层次动态能力与企业绩效的关系中 起到部分中介作用。另外,在进一步分析实
证研究结果后,本文分别从动态能力、企业 战略定位等方面提出促进企业绩效提升的对策。 关键词:多层次动态能力;企业绩效;产品创新定位;市场开拓定位 多层次动态能力
对企业绩效的影响研究 ABSTRACT Inthefaceofarapidlychangingmarketeconomyenvironment,thestaticequilibrium
situationpreviouslyformedbytheenterpriseisgraduallylost.Theadvantagesandmarket shareinthesteady-stateenvironmentarealsograduallyeroded.Thecorecompetenceofthe
enterprisemayevolveintocorerigidity.Theresourcesandcapabilitiespossessednolonger matchthechangingmarketenvironment.Moreandmorescholarsbelievethatdynamic
capabilitiesarethekeytoimprovingcorporateperformanceandwinningcompetitive advantages.However,mostofthepreviousresearchershavestudiedthedynamicabilityfrom
theorganizationallevel.Althoughmanymanagementscholarshaverecognizedthe importanceofmulti-levelresearch.Atthesametime,corporatestrategicpositioningasan
importantpartofthecompany'sdecision-makingmechanism,itwillalsoaffectthe performanceofthecompanytoacertainextent.Therefore,studyingtherelationshipbetween
multi-leveldynamiccapabilities,corporatestrategicpositioningandcorporateperformanceis ofgreatsignificanceforpromotingcorporateperformance.
Thispaperdiscussesthemechanismofmulti-leveldynamiccapabilitiesoncorporate performancebystudyingtherelationshipbetweenmulti-leveldynamiccapabilities,corporate
strategicpositioningandcorporateperformance.First,onthebasisofcollatingandanalyzing
relevantliteratureathomeandabroad,thisarticleclarifiestheconceptsanddimensionsof dynamiccapabilities,multi-
leveldynamiccapabilities,theconnotationofcorporatestrategic positioning,andtheconnotationofcorporateperformance;second,theexplorationof multi-
leveldynamiccapabilities,Therelationshipbetweencorporatestrategicpositioningand
corporateperformance,putforwardresearchhypothesesandconstructaconceptualmodelof theimpactofmulti-leveldynamiccapabilitiesoncorporateperformancewithcorporate
strategicpositioningasanintermediaryvariable;Third,measurethevariablesinvolvedinthe
article,collectdatathroughquestionnaires,usestructuralequationstoempiricallytestthe theoreticalmodel,andverifytheresearchhypothesisofthisarticle.
Empiricalresearchresultsshowthat:(1)Entrepreneurship,organizationallearning
ability,integrationandreconstructionability,andorganizationaltransformationabilityin multi-
leveldynamiccapabilitieshaveasignificantpositiveimpactoncorporateperformance; (2)
