存在,民办高职院校的教师的整体职业素质明显偏低,数量也严重 不足。想要实现中国民办高职院校发展的更全面,更完善的培养高级应用 技能型人才,必须加强民办高职院校
师资培训,提升教师自身的理论和实 践能力,增强民办高职院校教师的职业素养。 本文采取文献分析法、实地访谈法、调查问卷法获取民办高职院校师 资及师资培训的相关数据
,首先分析了DL民办高职院校师资培训现状,得 出DL学院师资培训存在的问题包括:培训时间和教学冲突、培训方式缺乏 灵活性、培训内容缺乏“双师型”和校本培训和师资培
训效果评价标准较 为随意。导致问题的原因主要是:人力资源管理观念陈旧、学校和教师对 培训认识存在不足、学院师资培训资金来源单一和培训激励机制不完善。 其次,在明
确了DL学院师资培训体系改进的原则、重点和思路的基础上, 从培训需求诊断分析精准化和科学化、师资培训内容明确化、层次化优化 和职业化、师资培训模式网络化、双师型
和特色化、开设互联网远程培训, 建立创新型的师资培养培训方式和师资培训评价体系系统化方面制定具体 的师资培训改进方案。最后,从完善学院规章制度、完善师资培训中
心职 能、完善培训激励机制、建立教师绩效评估体制和多渠道筹措培训经费方 面提出了DL学院师资培训改进体系的保障措施。 关键词:DL学院;民办院校高职院校;师资培训体
系 II STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF TEACHER TRAINING SYSTEM IN PRIVATE HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGES —— TAKING DL COLLEGE AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT With a series of
policies on Private Education issued by the state, the number and scale of private higher vocational colleges are expanding rapidly. A large number of
teachers enter the teaching staff of private higher vocational colleges. However, due to various factors, the overall professional quality of teachers in
private higher vocational colleges is obviously low, and the number is also seriously insufficient. In order to achieve a more comprehensive development of
China's private higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen the training of teachers in private higher vocational colleges, improve their
theoretical and practical ability, and enhance their professional quality. This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis, field interview and
questionnaire to obtain the relevant data of teachers and teacher training in private higher vocational colleges, The existing problems of DL college teacher
training include: training time and teaching conflict, lack of flexibility in training methods, lack of "double qualification" in training content,
and random evaluation standards of school-based training and teacher training effect. The main reasons for the problems are: the outdated concept of human
resource management, the lack of awareness of schools and teachers on training, the single source of funds for teacher training and the imperfect training
incentive mechanism. Secondly, it is clear that On the basis of the principles, key points and ideas of the improvement of the teacher training system of DL
college, from the training needs diagnosis III and analysis of precision and scientific, teacher training content clear, hierarchical optimization and
professionalization, teacher training mode networking, double qualification and characteristics, open Internet remote training, establish innovative teacher
training methods and teacher training evaluation system systemsystem In the aspect of teaching staff training, we should formulate specific improvement
plans. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of the teacher training improvement system of DL College from the aspects
of perfecting the rules and regulations of the college, improving the functions of the teacher training center, improving the training incentive mechanism,
