改革开放近四十年来，中国经济发展迅速，各行各业都取得了骄人的成绩。汽车工 业的发展无疑其中最耀眼的一颗宝石。国际各大汽车主机厂均已在 中国投资建厂，与此 同时也带动了相关产业的发展，汽车用钢板就是其中重要的一环。国内外各大钢厂均将 汽车用钢板作为主要发展战略。然而，随着汽车消费市场近期趋于饱 和，钢铁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司也面 临激烈的市场竞争。 由于钢铁企业在资金，资源，周边环境和管理能力方面的局限性，企业在管理过程 中不可能全面。因此，采购控制实践过程中存在很多风 险，给后续的企业生产经营带来 了很大的麻烦。本文主要将风险管理理论与企业采购控制相结合，希望通过风险管理的 理论和方法对企业采购控制过程中的风险进行分析和管理 。完善公司风险管理体系，监 控日常工作风险，采取合理措施应对风险。 本文以T企业为研究对象，首先介绍了企业采购控制的基本概念，风险管理的基本 理论。然后分析了T企 业采购控制及其风险管理过程的问题，列出了T企业在采购风险 控制和风险管理过程中存在的主要问题。 通过对T企业采购业务的诊断，识别了T企业的采购控制风险，并对T企业 的采 购风险进行整理分类，并进行等级评估。结合T企业的实际情况和T企业专家的经验， 最后对T企业在实践过程中的具体采购项目进行了风险分析和实际验证。得出具体项目 的风险评估结果和应重点关注的风险，为该方法在T企业中的应用和推广提供了实践依 据，为其他企业在采购风险控制管理方面提供一些借鉴。 关键词：采购管理；供应商管理； 采购风险控制 T企业采购风险管理研究 -II- ResearchOnProcurementRiskManagementOfTEnterprise Abstract Inthepastfourdecadessincethereformandopeningup,China'seconomyhas developedrapidly,andremarkableachievementshavebeenmadeinallareas.The developmentofautomobileindustryisundoubtedlyoneofthemostdazzlinggems.Most internationalautomobilemanufacturershaveinvestedandbuiltfactoriesinChina,whichhas driventhedevelopmentofrelatedindustriesatthesametime.Domesticandforeignsteel millsarethemainautomotivesteelplatedevelopmentstrategy.However,withtherecent saturationoftheautomobilemarket,thesteelindustryalsofacesfiercemarketcompetition. Duetothelimitationsofsteelenterprisesintermsofcapital,resources,surrounding environmentandmanagementability,itisimpossibleforenterprisestobecomprehensivein themanagementprocess.Therefore,therearemanyrisksinthepracticeofprocurement control,whichbringgreattroubletothesubsequentproductionandoperationofenterprises. Thispapermainlycombinesthetheoryofriskmanagementwiththecontrolofenterprise procurement,hopingtoanalyzeandmanagetheriskintheprocessofenterpriseprocurement controlthroughthetheoryandmethodofriskmanagement.Improvecompanyrisk managementsystem,monitordailyworkrisk,takereasonablemeasurestodealwithrisk. TakingTenterpriseastheresearchobject,thispaperfirstintroducesthebasicconceptof enterpriseprocurementcontrol,thebasictheoryofriskmanagement.Thenitanalyzesthe problemsintheprocurementcontrolandriskmanagementprocessofTenterprise,liststhe mainproblemsintheprocurementriskcontrolandriskmanagementprocessofTenterprise. ThroughthediagnosisoftheprocurementbusinessofTenterprise,theprocurement controlriskofTenterpriseisidentified,andtheprocurementriskofTenterpriseisclassified andgradedbinedwiththeactualsituationofTenterpriseandtheexperienceofexperts ofTenterprise,theriskanalysisandpracticalverificationofspecificprocurementprojectsof Tenterpriseinthepracticeprocessarefinallycarriedout.Theresultsofriskassessmentof specificprojectsandtherisksthatshouldbefocusedonprovideapracticalbasisforthe applicationandpromotionofthismethodinenterpriseT,andprovidesomereferencesfor otherenterprisesinprocurementriskcontrolandmanagement.
