随着第三方支付平台交易额快速增长,很多消费者更为青睐第三方支付方 式,例如支付宝、微信。第三方支付的快速发展为居民生活提供了便利,也对商 业银行的业务形成了一定的冲击。例如,目前我国很多居民都使用了支付宝和微 信,很多居民习惯将自身的闲余资金放在余额宝中,这在一定程度上分流了银行 的存款额。同时,第三方支付上提供的小额信贷业务,会对商业银行的贷款业务 产生分流作用。商业银行在自身不良率上升,同时受到第三方支付挑战的情况下, 需要考虑与第三方支付的竞争合作关系。 基于此,本文运用文献研究法与对比分析分析法展开研究。通过分析我国商 业银行与第三方支付市场发展现状,对比分析商业银行与第三方支付存在的优劣 势。在分析两者合作背景的基础上,提出优化商业银行与第三方支付合作的建议。 本文通过研究发现,第三方支付的快速发展对于商业银行主要存在两方面的 积极影响:促进商业银行网上银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司务的增长、促进了商业银行电子银行的创新 步伐。同时存在三方面的不利影响:影响商业银行的传统支付结算业务、影响传 统商业银行的存款业务、对银行的潜在客户形成分流。商业银行与第三方支付存 在合作的基础,第三方支付的发展离不开商业银行。基于商业银行与第三方支付 各自存在的竞争优势与劣势,本文提出优化商业银行与第三方支付合作的建议: 缴存存款准备金、合理划分市场、合理分配利润、积极发展新型合作业务。 关键词:第三方支付;商业银行;竞争;合作硕士学位论文 II Abstract With the rapid growth of third-party payment platform transactions, many consumers prefer third-party payment methods, such as Alipay and WeChat. The rapid development of third-party payment has facilitated the lives of residents and has also had a certain impact on the business of commercial banks. For example, many residents in China currently use Alipay and WeChat, and many residents are accustomed to put their spare funds in the balance treasure, which diverts the bank's deposit amount to a certain extent. At the same time, the microfinance business provided by the third party payment will have a diversion effect on the commercial bank's loan business. Commercial banks need to consider competitive partnerships with third-party payments in the event that they do not raise their own rates and are challenged by third-party payments. Based on this, this paper uses literature research method and comparative analysis analysis method to carry out research. By analyzing the development status of China's commercial banks and third-party payment markets, the advantages and disadvantages of commercial banks and third-party payments are compared and analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the background of cooperation between the two, it puts forward suggestions for optimizing the cooperation between commercial banks and third parties. Through the research, this paper finds that the rapid development of third-party payment has two positive effects on commercial banks: promoting the growth of commercial banking online banking and promoting the innovation of commercial banking electronic banking. At the same time, there are three adverse effects: affecting the traditional payment and settlement business of commercial banks, affecting the deposit business of traditional commercial banks, and forming a diversion of potential customers of banks. There is a basis for cooperation between commercial banks and third-party payment, and the development of third-party payment cannot be separated from commercial banks. Based on the competitive advantages and disadvantages of commercial banks and third-party payment, this paper proposes to optimize the cooperation between commercial banks and third-party payment: deposit deposit reserve, rationally divide the market, rationally distribute profits, and actively Develop a new type of cooperative business.
