进入 21 世纪,信息技术是当今科技和社会发展的重要推动力,信息技术正加速向 智能化、网络化和服务化的方向发展。以物联网、云计算为代表的新型信息技术广泛渗 透到社会的各个领域。电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司是一个百年历史的传统欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,安全是电力企业永恒的主 题。为保证供电可靠性,安全工器具的好坏将直接影响到电力企业在生产过程中的人身 和设备安全。目前国内对安全工器具管理任然依赖于传统的仓储及纸质台账管理,常常 造成数据不及时,出错率高等问题,也存在无法监督巡检人员工作、巡检数据信息化程 度低等缺陷。针对这一状况,本项目采用国际先进的 RFID 物联网智能识别技术,结合 强大的网络数据、后台管理软件等先进技术,实现对安全工器具的安全存放及全生命周 期进行科学、规范的管理。 本文首先对该项目的前期研发背景、国内外 RFID 技术的发展形势及本项目核心技 术特点进行分析,以及对电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司安全工具管理现状的需求进行剖析,通过市场容量预 测、准入条件分析得出该项目有市场前景的结论,目前是投入电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的最好机会。文 章对该项目开展应具备的资源进行阐述,对项目实施企业进行了详尽介绍,并对人力资 源、地域资源、渠道资源、政策资源等进行了分析,结合电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的市场特点,在项目 执行上进行了论述,分别从技术风险、市场风险、和财务风险对影响项目的潜在风险进 行分析,提出了风险的规避对策,项目只要在市场渠道上认真准备,成熟运作,这些风 险将一一化解。 最后,本文提出了本项目的产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略和促销策略。为保证项 目计划顺利推进,项目采取直销与代理相结合的市场策略,与用户、供应商及代理商战 略结盟的思想,保证项目实施活动成功。 关键词,电力欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司;物联网;安全工器具;商业计划II ABSTRACT In the 21 st century, information technology is the important driving force of science and technology and the society development, the information technology is accelerated to the intelligent, network service and the direction of development, by thing networking, cloud computing as a representative of new information technology widely permeates the various sectors of society. The power industry is a traditional industry of one century history.Safty is the eternal theme for power enterprises. To ensure reliability, the safety of industrial equipment will directly affect the personal and equipment safety of electric power enterprises in the production process. At present, the safety management still depends on traditional warehousing and paper integrates information in the domestic, this often causes some problems. such as data not available in time and the high mistakes rates, In addition no way to Supervise work and the low degree of information is also exist. In view of the situation, the project adopts international advanced RFID intelligent identification technology, combined with strong management software, network data service,to realize the scientific and standardized management of security deposit of the instruments and the the whole life cycle management. In this paper, through the analysis of project research background, the development situation of RFID technology of domestic and overseas , the core technology, total market capitalization and access conditions, we come to the conclusion that the project has a broad market prospect and it is the best chance to enter the electric power industry.A detailed introduction of implementing project is given, meanwhile, According to the electric power industry feature, the resources such as human resources, regional resources, channel resources, policy analysis of resources and the potential risks of technical risk, market risk, and financial risk are all well considered, some risk aversion measures are proposed.We trust that all those risks can be resolved by careful preparation and mature operation. Finally, this paper raises some strategies which mainly include product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and marketing promotion strategy. The strategies of direct marketing and agency combination and the strategic alignments of users, suppliers and the agents have been adopted to ensure the project is progressing smoothly.
