500小时耐久试验 500小时耐久试验报告 Test Report on 500 hours of Duribility 零件号：24563820AA 零件名称：真空泵总成 试验台：真空泵性能试验验台 Part No.:24563820AA Part Name:Pump Assy Test Bed:Performance Test Bed 试验机构：重庆海通机械制造有限公司 Testing Institution:Chongqing Haitong Machine Fabricate Co.,Ltd 试验条件：机油压力130KPa，机油类型SM 5W-30，机油温度85～95℃。 Test Condition:oil pressure 130Kpa,oil type SM 5W-30,oil temperature 85~95℃ 试验要求：1、随机抽取1件真空泵做耐久性试验；2、试验前检测泵腔、阀片、刮片、弹片等相关零件的重要尺寸，并拍照记录试验前相关细节；3、真空泵在300～3000r/min之间做交变运转，每种转速（300r/min、600r/min、900r/min……3000r/min）条件下运转5分钟变换一次转速，每1小时记录1次数据，每次数据重复试验2次；4、耐久试验完成后再次检测泵腔、阀片、刮片、弹片等相关零件的重要尺寸，并拍照记录试验后相关细节；5、真空泵性能下降≤10%，不漏油，转子、驱动接头、阀片、刮片、弹片无断裂和疲劳裂痕，阀片磨损≤0.06mm，刮片高度方向磨损≤0.06mm，圆弧磨损≤0.1mm，驱动接头磨损≤0.3mm，泵腔侧面磨损≤0.15mm，泵腔底面磨损≤0.06mm。 Test requirements:1.pick up one vacuum pump randomly to do the duribility test. 2.check the key dimensions of related parts,such as pump chamber,valve plate,blade and spring plate, and picture all the details before the test. 3.Alternated every five minutes between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotating at one setted speed before the next one,record down the data every 1 hours and each data should be double checked. 4.
