随着社会的发展,生活水平的不断提高,健康环保逐渐成了人们的首要选择。 由于环境中微生物无处不在,一直以来,人们的生存和健康受到各种细菌的威胁。 人们日常生活工作中接触到的设施、工具、建筑物等很多领域都存在着抗菌需求。 抗菌涂料作为广泛使用的与人体直接接触的建筑材料,使其受人瞩目。 本文以建设抗菌木器涂料工业化生产项目为目的,依据目前我国相关项目建 设的法律、法规和原则,从地理资源条件、项目建设方案、环境评价、劳动安全 及消防、财务等方面详细地分析了抗菌木器涂料项目建设的可行性。 为了得到综合性能优异的抗菌木器涂料,采用四种不同抗菌剂,即纳米 Cu 2 O、 纳米 TiO 2 / PANI、季铵盐抗菌剂 1227、甲硝唑抗菌剂,以 1%-5%的添加量加入 到木器涂料中制得不同的抗菌涂料,对抗菌涂料的耐冲击、硬度、柔韧性等物理 性能及抗菌性能进行综合评价,发现含有纳米 TiO 2 / PANI 复合抗菌剂的抗菌涂 料的综合性能最优,为本项目的最佳选择。 本文结合项目建设单位的地理资源条件,重点分析了项目的技术方案、设备 方案、工程方案及公用辅助工程等。另外,对项目建设带来的环境污染、职业病 防护及卫生保健、消防以及建筑卫生学等方面也进行了详细地分析,并提出了相 应的应对措施。最后,综合考虑了各方面的因素,对方案进行了财务评价及效益 分析,得出该项目投资少,投资回报快,具有广阔的市场前景。 关键词,抗菌涂料;可行性分析;抗菌性能;物理性能III Abstract With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, health and environmental protection have gradually become the primary choice of people. Because of microorganisms in the environment existing everywhere, human life and health have been threatened by various bacteria all the time. There are several antibacterial demands for facilities, tools, buildings and many other fields that people are often exposed to in their daily life and work. As a widely used building material which is directly contacted with human body, antibacterial coating has been attracting attention. This study aims at constructing industrial production project of antibacterial wood paint. In accordance with laws, regulations and the related principles of construction project in our country, a detailed feasibility analysis of the project construction of antibacterial coating is carried out from the geographical resources, project construction plan, environmental assessment, labor safety and fire protection, finance etc.. In order to obtain the antibacterial coating with excellent comprehensive performance, four kinds of antibacterial agents, namely, nano-Cu 2 O, nano-TiO2/ PANI, Quaternary Ammonium Salt 1227 and metronidazole, were added to coatings with different amount of 1%-5% to prepare different antibacterial coatings. Then, a comprehensive evaluation was performed on physical properties including impact resistance, hardness and flexibility and antibacterial performance of coatings. It was found that the coating with nano-TiO 2 / PANI composite antibacterial agent had the optimal comprehensive performance, which was the best choice for this project. Based on the geographical resource condition of the project construction factory, this paper emphatically analyzed the technical scheme, equipment scheme, project scheme and public auxiliary project. In addition, the environmental pollution caused by this project, occupational-disease-prevention and health care, fire prevention and building hygiene were also analyzed in detail and corresponding countermeasuresIV were put forward. Finally, considering all aspects previously mentioned, the financial evaluation and benefit analysis showed that this project had less investment and fast investment return, and had broad market prospect.
