一项优秀的民族传统体育项目能够体现民族传统体育特点,将优秀的民族 传统体育项目纳入初中体育课,能够更好的发展和传承民族传统体育,也能够更 好的促进初中体育教学的改革与发展。第五中学是位于丹东东港市大孤山镇的一 所镇级初级中学。丹东地区是民族传统体育项目毽球的重镇,是全国唯一的“毽 球之城”,毽球运动有着良好的群众基础,而且在丹东地区的一些高级中学的体 育课堂之上已经开始加入了毽球的教学。因此,将民族传统体育项目毽球纳入第 五中学体育课具有一定的可行性。许多学者从各个角度出发,对民族传统体育项 目毽球运动在学校中的开展进行了研究。 本文主要通过问卷调查法、文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司法、实验法等研究方法,对第五中学 开设民族传统体育运动项目毽球进行调查实验研究与分析,对在第五中学开设毽 球这项民族传统体育课程的可行性进行总结分析,为今后更好地在丹东地区开展 毽球这一民族传统体育项目提出建议。 毽球作为一项具有健身,娱乐,教育,竞技等特点,而且造价低廉,对场地 要求不大、对人员要求比较松散的既方便又安全的项目,通过实验结果得出毽球 可以更好的提高学生对体育的学习兴趣。而且毽球更是一项符合初中生生理与心 理特点适合在初中体育课开展的民族传统体育项目。而且结合丹东地处的特点, 在第五中学体育课中开展毽球课是切实可行的,但是总体来说在很多方面还是有 不足需要进一步加强改善的。 关键词,民族传统体育,毽球,第五中学,可行性Feasibility study of put shuttlecock into Donggang No.5 middle school physical education Abstract A good traditional ethnic sports can reflect the national tradition sports characteristics, put the excellent traditional ethnic sports into middle school physical education, could make better development and inheriting the national traditional sports,it also can improve the middle school sports teaching reform and development.No.5 middle school was located in Dandong-Donggang district,Dandong area is the traditional ethnic sports town of shuttlecock,it is the only one named shuttlecock city.Shuttlecock movement there has a good foundation for the masses,and some middle schools in Dandong area have already set up shuttlecock class.Therefore,put the traditional ethnic sports event-shuttlecock into No.5 middle school physical education is feasible.Many scholars from every angle, make the study of the traditional ethnic sports-shuttlecock's development in middle school. This paper mainly through the questionnaire survey method, the literature material method, experimental research methods,do research and make analysis on putting the traditional ethnic sports-shuttlecock into No.5 middle school,make suggestions for better developing the traditional ethnic sports-shuttlecock in Dandong areas in the future. Shuttlecock as a sport event both has fitness, entertainment, education, competition and other characteristics, and also has low cost, low requirements for personnel demand , convenient ,safety features.It's also a traditional ethnic sports event suitable for middle school students' mental and physical characteristics and is appropriate for middle school physical education.Besides,in consideration of Dandong geographical features,it's feasible for teaching shuttlecock in middle school physical education in Dandong area.However,on the whole there are also have insufficient needs further improvement.
