摘要 近年来,随着经济的快速发展,对电力供应的可靠性要求愈来愈高,改善 和提高电力可靠性水平,已成为中国电力界的共识,电力生产管理中使用可靠 性技术和方法的愿望及需求日益增长淮阳供电公司开展了全方位的优质服务, 不断满足客户日益提高的用电需求和服务标准但目前,由于各种原因,特别 是35kV变电站停电次数居高不下的影响,农网供电可靠性并不理想 本文总结了2008年淮阳供电区内造成各35kV变电站停电次数的因素:恶 劣天气!停电倒负荷!计划检修!外力破坏和其他等,通过分析找出变电站停 电次数高的主要原因是停电倒负荷介绍了供电可靠性的相关指标!潮流计算 和短路计算的常用方法,重点介绍了电科院开发的PSASP6.26综合应用程序的 潮流计算和短路计算的优越性 根据淮阳供电区电网结构,进行理论潮流计算和稳定计算,适当考虑裕度, 以确定是否可以实现合环倒负荷,并利用由电科院开发的PSASP6.26综合应用 程序进行建模计算,验证35kV变电站不停电倒负荷的可行性根据计算出的合 环约束条件,制定了5蹼阳供电区35kV电网合环操作管理规定6,其中具体规 定了合环时应具备的条件35kV变电站通过合环倒负荷,降低了因停电倒负荷 而造成的电量损失,提高了农网供电可靠性 关键词:PSASP6.26综合应用程序;合环倒负荷;供电可靠性AbstraCt AbstraCt Inreeentyears,withtherapideeonomiedeveloPment,thereliabilityof eleetrieitysuPPlyrisingdemand,imProveandenhaneethelevelofPowerreliability, hasbeeometheeonsensusofC瓦na,5Powerseetor,PowerProduetionand managemeniteehniquesandmethodsusedinthereliabilityofthedesireandgrowing demand.PuyangPowercomPanytoearryoutafullrangeofserviees,weeontinueto meetinereasingeustomerdemandandservieestandards.But,fory斌ousreasons, partieularlythehighnumberof35kVsubstationoutageaffeetedruralPowersuPPly reliability15notsatisfacto砂.
