I A 公司炭素罐式煅烧炉尾气余热发电项目 可行性研究 摘要 能源、环境、发展是当前人类面临的三大主题,能源的合理开发 与利用是人类可持续发展的重要保障。在能源供应日益紧张的今天, 节能降耗、合理利用能源、提高能源利用效率已被普遍关注。工业炉 窑余热发电作为节能减排的一种有效途径,得到广大工程技术人员的 认同。 本文以 A 公司新建炭素罐式煅烧炉尾气余热发电项目为研究对 象,运用项目投融资、工程热物理、数理统计、合同能源管理等相关 知识,利用 Aspen plus、AutoCAD 等计算机辅助设计手段,咨询专业 人士等途径,采用定性分析、定量计算的研究方法,从项目背景、技 术、经济、市场、环境等方面进行对该进行可行性研究。 目前,炭素罐式煅烧炉尾气余热发电项目已有成功案例,并向小 型化、提高系统能效方向发展。技术可行性分析,着眼热力设备选型、 工艺选择、系统优化等因素,忽略了余热资源的量与质。经济效果合 理性评价,着眼投资规模、投资回收期、内部收益率、财务净现值等 财务评价指标,忽略了项目的合作模式和收益分享方式。但是,余热 回收利用类项目忽略了余热的质与量,不对余热资源进行能源审计, 技术可行性就失去了立足点,并制约了项目的工艺选择、设备选型、摘要 II 系统优化;项目忽略了合作模式和收益分享方式,收益不能有效分割, 项目的经济效果合理性评价就仅成为指标,失去可靠性。本文从技术 可行性与经济效果合理性两个方面入手,着眼余热资源的量与质的真 实性、可靠性,对其进行能源测量、分析、评价,科学选择余热发电 工艺;着眼项目的合作模式与分享方式,计算财务评价指标,得出经 济效果评价结果。 围绕 A 公司炭素罐式煅烧炉尾气余热发电项目可行性研究展开 工作,通过对项目背景条件中地质、气象、水文等因素的了解,明确 有利与不利因素;通过项目对尾气余热资源进行能源标定,选择技术 方案,使可行性研究具备准确性、真实性、可靠性。通过了解类似工 程投资,并利用生产能力指数法估算项目投资、分项资金占比,计算 项目评价财务指标,分析评价项目经济效果合理性。通过市场分析, 判定项目与社会的需求度;通过环境评价,分析项目的环境相容性。 针对项目背景条件,选择合理的合作模式、分享方法、投资规模,计 算财务评价指标,进行经济效果合理性评价。 综上所述,得出项目可行性研究建议,明确后续工作,为工程 技术人员提供参考。 关键词:工程经济分析;余热发电;罐式煅烧炉;可行性研究ABSTRACT III A COMPANY CARBON CALCINAYION FURNACE TANK TYPE TAIL GAS WASTE HEAT POWER GENERATION PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY ABSTRACT Energy, environment and development are the three major themes that mankind faces at present. The reasonable exploitation and utilization of energy is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of human beings. In today's increasingly tight energy supply, energy saving, rational use of energy, improve energy efficiency has been widely concerned. Industrial furnace waste heat power generation as a kind of effective way of energy saving and emission reduction, to get the depth of mining the majority of engineering and technical personnel. This paper takes A company new construction carbon tank type calcination furnace tail gas waste heat power generation project as the research object, utilizing project investment and financing, engineering thermal physics, mathematical statistics, contract energy management and other related knowledge, taking the advantage of Aspen plus, AutoCAD and other means of computer aided design and professionals for help. On the basis of the combination of adopting the technical feasibility analysis and economic rationality evaluation, adopting the research method of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation on the feasibility study from the project background, technical, economic, market, environmental, etc. At present, carbon tank type calcination furnace tail gas waste heat power generation project has successful cases, and to develop in the direction of miniaturization, improving the system efficiency. Technical feasibility analysis, focus on the thermal equipment selection, process selection and system optimization, ignoring the waste heat resource of quantity and quality. Effect of economic rationality evaluation, focus on the investment scale, investment payback period, internal rate of return, financial net present value and financial evaluation indicators, ignores the project cooperation pattern and the way of revenue sharing. From two aspects of technical feasibility and economic rationality effect, this paper focus from the technical feasibility, the quality and quantity of waste heat resources authenticity, reliability and energy measurement, analysis, evaluation, and then choose waste heat power generation technology, focusing on the project of cooperation mode and sharing mode, and then calculate the financial evaluation indicators, getting the economic effect evaluation results. Around A company carbon tank calcination furnace tank tail gas waste heat power generation project economic feasibility study, through knowing the project factors, such as geological background conditions, meteorological, hydrological factors, etc. to find the advantage and disadvantage conditions. Through demarcating the project of exhaust gas residual heat resource to choose technical solution, make the feasibility study with the advantages of accuracy, authenticity and reliability.
