塑料是现代社会不可或缺的重要原料,已广泛应用于各行各业。塑料在方便人们生 活的同时,由塑料垃圾引起的“白色污染”,已给社会经济发展和生态环境带来了不良影 响。废旧塑料通常以填埋或焚烧的方式进行处理,但都会造成二次污染。因此,废旧塑 料回收利用将是发展趋势。废旧塑料的回收利用作为一项节约能源、保护环境的措施, 正日益受到重视。 环保型包装材料项目是利用废旧塑料资源生产珍珠棉系列环保包装材料,通过选择 先进、可靠的工艺技术及设备,把废旧塑料进行资源化综合利用,并实现工业化生产, 生产民用电器、汽车等方面的包装材料。一方面充分利用大量的废旧塑料,生产民用包 装材料产品;另一方面实现废旧塑料的循环利用,即节能减排,又变废为宝。该项目符 合国家关于废弃资源回收利用的循环经济政策,具有较好的经济效益、社会效益和环境 效益。 珍珠棉(EPE)发泡材料系列产品是一种新型塑料制品材料,可自然降解,不会造 成白色污染,被称为“绿色”包装材料。本项目系列产品,主要是利用表面洁净的废旧聚 乙烯塑料为原料,通过物理熔融造粒,再通过发泡、吹膜等工序加工生产 EPE 珍珠棉系 列包装材料。 本项目利用废旧塑料为原料,并采用自主研发的工艺技术生产市场需求的珍珠棉系 列包装材料。项目具有资源可靠、工艺技术先进可靠,产品质量有保证、“三废”排放量 少、成本低等优势,符合国家产业政策和发展循环经济的要求,对节能减排和资源高效 利用具有重要的意义。 关键词,塑料回收利用;环保型包装材料;珍珠棉系列产品II Abstract Plastic is a kind of indispensible raw material for the modern society, which has been applied widely in all industries. Though plastics have been bringing great convenience to our life, the white pollution caused by the waste plastics has brought adverse effect on the economic development of the society as well as the ecological environment. Waste plastics are generally disposed by means of bury or burning, therefore, as the trend of the development, the recycling of waste plastics is taken seriously as a measure on energy conservation and environment protection. Environment-friendly packing material project is to make EPE series products and realize the industrial production of domestic appliance and automobiles, with advanced and reliable process technology and equipments, making integrated utilization of the waste plastics. On one hand, it fully utilizates a mass of waste platics and produces packing products; on the other hand, it realizes the cyclic utilization of the waste plastics, which realizes energy conservation and emission reduction. The above project accords with the country policy on circular economy by the recycling of the useless resource, bringing great economic efficiency, social benefits and environmental benefits. EPE foaming material series products are made by a new-styled plastic material, which could be naturally degraded and causes no white pollution. The project realizes the EPE packing production by making use of the undefiled waste vinyon, through physical fusion and prilling, and combining foaming technology and blow film processure. This project utilizes waste plastics as the raw material, taking advantage of the RD process technology of our own, and produces the EPE series packing materials to meet the market demand. The project has the advantages of resource reliable, technology reliable and quality guaranteed as well as low discharge of the “three wastes” and low cost. All in all, the project accords with the country policy and the requirement of development of the circular economy, making great contribution to energy conservation and high efficient use of resources.
