I 松原市 CNG 加气站项目可行性研究 摘要 能源是人类生存和发展的重要物质基础。在我国由于人口的众多,能 源资源相对严重不足,人均拥有量远远低于世界平均水平。而目前又处于 工业化、城镇化快速发展的重要历史阶段,能源的消耗强度更高,且消耗 规模不断扩大,能源供需的矛盾越来越突出。目前除石油、煤炭以外,唯 有天然气可以实现低成本、大面积的开采,而且运输和储存技术已十分成 熟,不仅广泛应用于工业、家用燃料和石油化工欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,而且已被公认为是 一种廉价、清洁、安全、高效的车用燃料。天然气的开发利用以其储量大、 清洁、高效等优点而受到各国政府的高度重视,以天然气替代石油已成为 当今世界能源发展的主要方向之一。从这个意义上讲,天然气汽车是 21 世纪汽车工业发展的一个重要方向。 中国的天然气工业还处于规模化发展的起步阶段,生产和消费规模均 比较小,与世界平均消费水平相比,天然气在中国一次能源消费结构中所 占的比例不仅远低于目前世界平均水平(24%),也大大低于亚洲平均水平(8.8%),只占 2.7%。而且消费领域比较狭窄,除工业和居民消费外, 只有不到总量 1%的用于交通运输和商业服务领域。天然气的多领域应用在 我国尚具有很大的发展空间。 随着我国国民经济和汽车工业的迅猛发展,对能源的需求也越来越 大;石油资源的大量消耗和汽车尾气的大量排放,加重了我国的环保压力, 迫切需要我们去寻求新的替代能源。天然气作为一种清洁、高效的能源, 除了在城市燃气供应方面的应用,作为汽车燃料的应用也越来越广泛,CNG 汽车是清洁能源汽车中较为理想的一种形式。随着天然气长输管道建设里 程的不断发展,尤其是西气东输及其下游工程的逐步实施完工,作为长输 管道下游用户的城市天然气利用工程也已经全面展开,以及未来俄罗斯天 然气的引入,这些都将为我们提供难得的机遇。在我国,CNG 汽车加气站 的发展正在呈现蓬勃之势。 CNG 加气站的建设,既适用于为 LNG 汽车加气,也适用于为 CNG 汽车 加气,是一种投资省、占地少、能耗低、噪音小、充装速度快、灵活方便 的多功能加气站。通过对已建 CNG 加气站的特点及运行中体现的问题进行 汇总,并分析了加气站的技术经济性和各种适应范围,结果表明,CNG 加 气站在投资和运行费方面都具有良好的经济效益。在具备气源条件并推广摘要 III 应用 CNG 汽车的地区应积极建设 CNG 加气站。这将有助于城市加气网点的 合理布局,提高资源的综合利用效率,节约能源,推进天然气汽车产业的 快速发展。 松原市因为其独特的地域优势,位于吉林油田油区内,天然气资源丰 富,近年来,伴随着现代化建设和经济的发展,汽车保有量也快速增长, 车用能源消耗量不断增加,汽车尾气污染也逐步加大,尽快对松原市 CNG 加气站网络进行完善,天然气汽车必将得到广泛推广,天然气企业和天然 气汽车欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的市场空间会极为广阔。松原市汽车尾气排放将大大改善,空 气质量得到提高,另外出租车、公交车营运成本同时也会大大降低,促进 当地社会经济的发展。该项目的实施,还可以解决松原市加气站布局不合 理、加气难等矛盾,促进社会的和谐发展。 关键词, 清洁能源,CNG 加气站,安全环保,可行性,经济效益,社会效益Abstract V The feasibility study of Songyuan CNG gas station project Abstract Energy is an important material basis for human survival and development. In this sense, natural gas vehicles is an importantdirection of development of automobile industry in twenty-first Century. In our country, the development of CNG vehicle filling station is booming trend. CNG filling station construction, which is suitable for LNG refueling, also applies to CNG gas, is a kind of investment, less land occupation, low energy consumption, low noise, filling fast, flexible and convenient multifunctional filling station. Through the summary of the problem has been built for CNG gas station features and operation, and analyzed the filling station technical economy and various indications, results show that, the CNG filling station in the investment and operation cost has good economic benefit. Should actively build CNG filling station with gas source condition and application of CNG auto area. Reasonable layout that will help the city gas network, comprehensive utilization efficiency, improve resource saving energy, promoting the rapiddevelopment of natural gas vehicle industry. Songyuan because of its unique geographical advantages, is located in the Jilin oilfield, natural gas is rich in resources, in recent years, with the development of modernization construction and economy, also the rapid growth of vehicle population, increasing consumption by cars, automobile exhaust pollution is also gradually increase, as soon as possible to the Songyuan City CNG filling station network is perfect, natural gas vehicles will be widely popularized, natural gas and natural gas automobile industry market space will be very broad.
