I 摘要 随着阿里巴巴,腾讯,京东等互联网欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的兴起,人力资源管理也被越来越多的企 业所关注。企业的人力资源管理逐渐从之前繁杂的事务性工作转向企业的战略管理,与 业务团队站在统一战线,共同为了企业的发展出谋划策,而将人力资源相关需要占据大 量时间的事务性工作外包给专业的人力资源服务公司去完成。因此,对于人力资源服务 公司而言,如何做好客户服务,帮助企业发展,促进人力资源发展具有重要意义。 本篇论文选取 FS 人力资源服务公司作为论文的研究对象,梳理了公司目前招聘业 务的具体内容,招聘业务团队的组织架构及业务合作流程,并介绍了目前项目进度的汇 报及跟进方式;根据以上信息,总结项目执行过程中存在的主要问题,例如目标客户群 体定位不清,招聘服务解决方案缺乏个性化,招聘服务实施流程竞争力差等。深入研究 FS 人力资源服务公司对焦客户企业招聘服务,如何提高服务质量,在当地同类型服务 商中具有最强竞争力,最敏锐市场洞察力,为客户提供最专业最具效率的招聘服务。在 研究过程中,分析 FS 人力资源服务公司目前所处市场环境及客户资源,定位目标客户, 提出客户群服务方案的概念,再根据客户具体需求,完成精准招聘方案的设计。然后, 提出方案实施策略,设置具体管理指标,提升员工职业素养,搭建内部人才梯队;加强 信息化建设,完善数据支持体系;优化内部管理制度,规范绩效考核;注重宣传推广, 提升品牌影响力。 本文对于 FS 人力资源服务公司在对客户提供精准化招聘服务方面,对客户定位, 提供适合企业的高质量专业招聘服务上有重大的战略意义,希望能够通过对本文的研 究,帮助更多企业了解人力资源外包服务招聘业务,同时,也希望其他人力资源服务公 司可以通过本文研究,规范相关招聘业务水平,为缔造一个健康的招聘服务供给市场而 努力。 关键词,人力资源服务公司,招聘业务,精准化西北大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT With the rise of the Internet industry, more and more enterprises pay their attention to the human resource management, such as Alibaba, Tencent, and JDcom. The human resource management of the enterprise is gradually shifting from the complex transactional work to strategic management. That’s to say, the new human resource management is to work with the business departments and to advise on the development of companies. Besides, some experienced human resources service companies will take over those tough transactional work. Therefore, it is significant for HR service companies to improve the service quality. This article took FS Human Resources Service Company as the research object and deeply analyzes its team construction and business process by introducing the content of recruitment service. What’s more, the article introduced the current project report and follow-up methods; Then, this essay drew some conclusions of the existing problems, such as the target customer group is unclear, the recruitment service solution lacks personalization, and the recruitment service implementation process is poorly competitive. Finally, by studying the recruitment services provided by FS Human Resources Service Company, the article found that how it not only improved service quality, but remained strongly competitive, insightful, to provide customers with the most professional and efficient recruitment services. In the research process, the article collected FS’s customer resources, analyzed the current market,locate target customers, put forward the concept of customer group service plan, and then complete the design of precise recruitment plan according to the specific needs of customers. Then, proposing feasible strategy, improving the professional skills of employees, building an internal talent team; strengthen the construction of information technology, improve the data support system; optimize the internal management system, standardize performance appraisal; focus on publicity and promotion, and enhance brand influence. This article has a significance influence for FS Human Resources Service Company in providing better recruitment services to their clients and positioning them.what’s more, It is hope that through the research of this article can help more enterprises understand the human resources outsourcing services.
