城市广场建设一直是体现城市人文经济的重要标志,目前随着我国城市化 进程的推进和城市人口的扩大,聚集在城市中生活的广大民众对工作之余的娱 乐、休闲、健身等生活需求愈加强烈。城市管理部门也逐渐意识到娱乐空间对 稳定城市管理的重要性和必要性。南阳市作为近年来城市化进程发展迅速的城 市,在大型工业企业和高新技术生产企业的支撑下成为大批城镇居民居住的聚 集地,南阳市市政府针对解放广场区域进行扩建改造工程建设,为创建南阳宜 居城市品牌和打造大美南阳奠定基础。 本文基于工程项目改建可行性研究的相关理论,为了进一步满足广大市民 日常休闲、娱乐和消费的生活需求,采用科学的理论分析方法,结合国内外广 场改造和扩建的具体施工方案和现代城市建设总体规划,对南阳市解放广场区 域改造提升工程进行全面分析与评估,从项目投资的市场调研与策划,到影响 项目建设的环境因素、技术因素、经济因素、社会因素、风险因素等都进行了 可行性分析,同时还根据南阳市城市建设展规划现状,通过对相关原始统计数 据的合理估算,进一步说明了该广场区域改造提升工程项目实施建设的必要性, 势必构建一座高品位城市广场以便为市民提供更多服务,同时并致力于将改建 后的南阳市解放广场打造成一座呈现南阳市城市经济文化的象征性建筑,。 本文属于可行性项目研究范畴,一方面在于通过阐述和运用可行性研究理 论来评价解放广场区域改造提升工程建设的未来使用效益,以从理论上论证项 目建设的经济性和社会性;另一方面是利用数据统计法、对比分析法及经验值 分析法等科学方法,对该工程项目的施工环境、技术管理以及财务方面进行评 价和分析,并最终得出该工程项目改造实施的可行性论证,同时也更加说明了 解放区广场区域改造工程的实施对于进一步改善南阳市人文环境和提升城市形 象具有重要意义。 关键词,广场改造工程 工程建设 设计规划 可行性分析II Abstract Along with our country city continues to expand the scale of the city's rapid population growth, the constant change of the life style, the pursuit of material life to pursue pure spiritual civilization construction and the construction of the harmonious society in transition, to meet the public leisure, entertainment and service required.
