- I - 摘要 伴随着经济全球化的不断发展和知识经济时代的到来，企业间的竞争愈演愈 烈，以创新求发展逐渐成为企业在市场竞争中取胜的战略选择。而当前我国企业的 技术创新能力整体比较落后，根本原因就是企业的技术创新动力不足，特别是技术 创新的动力作用链条环节出现断裂和差错，没有将创新动力因素融入到技术创新的 整个过程中，使技术创新动力和技术创新能力之间出现了脱节。既有研究大多侧重 于分析技术创新的动力因素，或评价企业的技术创新能力，研究成果颇为丰富。但 对动力因素与技术创新能力之间的作用关系，相关研究还较少；并且已有研究大多 从投入、产出的角度分析技术创新能力，从动力驱动技术创新的动态过程探讨技术 创新能力的研究尚且不多。因此，深刻剖析技术创新动力因素与技术创新能力的作 用机理，找出驱动企业创新的核心动力要素，对提高企业的技术创新能力，推动我 国整体经济的提质增效都发挥着重要作用。 从动力驱动视角研究企业的技术创新能力，在技术创新动力机制的理论基础 上，对技术创新的动力要素进行阐述，并分析因素间的相关关系，基于动力因素驱 动过程从技术创新感知、技术创新决策、技术创新实施和技术创新实现四个方面分 析技术创新动力的作用路径。打破已有的大多从投入能力和产出能力角度设计企业 创新能力评价体系的研究思路，以技术创新动力的四个作用过程为出发点，从全新 的角度重新构建企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系，通过构建结构方程模型，以高 新技术企业为研究对象进行实证研究。从实证分析结果可知，企业技术创新能力可 从技术创新感知能力、技术创新决策能力、技术创新实施能力和技术创新实现能力 四个维度进行分析，且不同维度对技术创新能力的影响程度也不同，不同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的技 术创新能力间也存在差异。结合实证分析结果，从政府行为和企业自身等方面提出 了提升企业技术创新能力的对策建议。 图 9 幅；表 13 个；参 63 篇。 关键词：动力机制；技术创新能力；高新技术企业；结构方程模型 分类号：F27华北理工大学硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract With the development of economic globalization and the arrival of knowledge economy age, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly intense, innovation for development gradually become a strategic choice. Presently, technological innovation ability of enterprises is relatively backward, the fundamental reason is that the enterprise's technological innovation power is not enough, especially the chain of technological innovation's dynamic action is broken and wrong, innovation motive factor has not been integrated into whole process of technological innovation, which has caused the disconnection between technological innovation motive force and technological innovation ability. Most of the existing researches focus on analyzing the dynamic factors of technological innovation, or evaluating the technological innovation ability, research results are quite rich. However, there are few researches on the relationship between dynamic factors and innovation ability. Most of the previous studies have analyzed technological innovation ability from the angle of input and output, the research on technological innovation ability from process of driving technology innovation is still few. Therefore, deeply analyzes the mechanism of motive factors and innovation ability, identifies the core motive factors, to improve the overall technological innovation ability and the economic quality and efficiency are of great significance. To study the technological innovation ability of enterprises from the perspective of power drive. On the basis of the theory of dynamic mechanism of technological innovation, the paper analyzes the driving factors and related relationship, the process based on dynamic factor is analyzed from four aspects: technology innovation perception, technology innovation decision, technology innovation implementation and technology innovation realization. To break the existing research ideas of designing the evaluation ability from the perspective of input and output, starting from the four processes of technological innovation power, rebuilding the evaluation index system from a new perspective, taking high-tech enterprises as research object through constructing structural equation model. From the results of empirical analysis, it can be concluded that the enterprise's technological innovation ability can be analyzed from four dimensions: the technological innovation perception ability, the technological innovation decision ability, the technological innovation implementation ability and technological innovation realization ability. The influence of different dimensions on technological innovation ability is different, and there are differences among different industries. Based on the results of empirical analysis, puts forward suggestions to improve technological innovation ability of enterprises from the aspects of government and enterprises.
